Ryou was starting to show signs of fatigue. "Ryou, Outrage!" The Seadra made another attempt at his berserker attack. Shiranui wasn't as confident it would work after the previous attempt had missed its mark.
Ryou's rampage had ended and the Seadra was now confused. "Ryou, Smokescreen!" As Vaporeon covered itself in acid to sharply increase its Defense stat, Ryou tried to spit out a murky cloud of ink, but hurt himself in his confusion.
Vaporeon was badly shocked and KO'd.
