Jinx was not one to fool around when things seemed so dire, When they were far enough away from the door and earshot,she gave a slight glare at the doctor "You do know Lex was once a villian?" she asked and looked directly into his eyes her power was at full strength in the heat of the day so she pushed it on him making him feel very open. Her eye color seemed to have swiftly changed to grey blue, the color of peace and calm, but when angered they turned dark blue, other colors ment different things but had no idea why and how her hair changed in color. She tapped her finger at the doctors chest "Once a villian, always a villian" she stated dryly, her instincts had never been wrong and she planned to prove it... somehow... she set her vision on the doctor again and curiously waited his response.

Makoto just now walked into the Council building. He had been up all night, as usual, because of that stupid 25th hour of the day that only he was unaffected by. He yawned as he walked past Jinx and The Doctor. Of course, even most of the council had no idea about the 25th hour of the day, because they were human, so he didn't discuss his activities to anyone but the Doctor, who seemed to be busy right now.

Zeriah stepped into the council chambers feeling that appropriated to enter. "Greeting city council I must thank you for allowing me to bring this to you," the Space marine said walking into the center of the room. "I'll be strait forward here I propose the creation of an Astartes unit to handle thing that are beyond normal humans and can be used as a quick response force in a worst case scenario." he said to the city council.

The Doctor sighed and looked at Jinx "I know he was once a villain. I am watching him carefully...but Im not so good either." He said somberly. The Doctor looked at her with a look of seriousness and loss "Ive done things....things that would make people love me...and some that would make this planet fear me....make me look worse then Luthor. Jinx you wouldnt want to know the tings Ive done in my 900 years of living. If you knew...if the council knew, you would all fearme." The Doctor said "Ive seen people who hated me or were evil and became good people and do fantastic things. I believe that is true for anyone." The Doctor smiled and said "Im going back to the meeting. Im working on the TARDIS later. Your more then welcome to join me." The Doctor walked back to the meeting

Luthor smiled and nodded in Makoto direction as he walked in. Luthor listened to Zeriah's offer and approved "I agree.....in fact I offer to help with the technology of this project."
The Doctor came back listening to the idea and nods "I agree too.....Ive seen foes from across the universe. I agree this plan will be goos idea." The Doctor asked "Anyone else before we vote?"

Makoto said, "I won't be able to help with this project. I'm too busy with other things that I need to do to protect the citizens, and possibly even the world." He glanced at the Doctor who was the only person he had actually told the specifics of his job to. Since the Dark Hour isn't supposed to exist, even Timelords have no idea about what it's like, but he had known that the doctor believed him.

Jinx listened intently and narrowed her gaze once agin on lex, Dont turn your back on him, first chance he'd get to stab you her mothers word but those word were ment for her irritable father. The doctor was clever but not clever enough to notice the evil man beside him, no she didnt trust lex never. a soft grow escaped her as he said he'd hep with the tecnolagy of the project, yeah and make it go crazy she thought to herself. She was going to indeed go with the doctor in the TARDIS later tonight.

Makoto, who was sitting beside Jinx, heard her growl. He leaned over slightly, and spoke quiet enough so that only she heard him. "Calm down...we know Lex is probably still evil...and the doctor is just naive...but you have to stay calm...to show anger towards those that provoke you is to let them know that they've won..."

Jinx was a bit surprized by makoto talking to her normaly he'd just wave a hand of dismisal tward her, she gave a slight blush and a nod "Yes, sir" she said quietly and dared to touch his arm reasuring him she'd heed his words. Her race wasn't known to these men for she had'nt told them but she made it clear that she was dangerous and not up to the whole relationship-work thing, but both of her hearts fluttered when Makoto spoke to her. Her hair changed again back to its normal color but her eyes stayed the same piercing purple-blue that was what had drawn lots of people, her unique way of going about life.

Makoto actually smiled slightly, but he still sat in his usual way, looking completely relaxed, with his hands in his pockets. He quietly said, "Also, there's something I must discuss with you later. Since you're not human, I know you'll probably believe me, even though you have no memory of the events..."

The Doctor suspected Luthor of still evil but didn't want Luthor to know encase he tried anything. The Doctor was going to watch the tech Luthor made and make sure it's rubbing properly. If something was wrong the Doctor would fix it and confront Lutgor about it. He saw jinx and makoto whispering

Ok?" she cleared her throat and gave a soft glance at the men and the two women in the office, she was a bit dumbfounded as none of them had made a move to seduce her into a relationship. She was one of the most beautiful creatures here on earth but pailed in comparrison to the queen of her species, she had men from all over trying to get a taste of her, but not Jinx for she was a mer secratary for her heinass... Here on earth the humans flocked after her but nobody in the office had ever shown any kind of attraction to her, she'd know becase she can sense it.

Makoto glanced at her once again. He had been attracted to her, but he managed to simply shove those feelings aside, because the last time he had fallen in love with someone, he never saw her again after he graduated high school, so he didn't want to fall in love out of fear that another person would just disappear. So he stayed completely, and utterly, alone...

Jinx caught his glance and stuck her tounge out at him playfully, although they were supposed to be serious right now in this moment, she gave a soft giggle and took a pen and proceded to shove it in his nose. They needed to have some fun and jinx was probably the most playful out of all the council members, whitch got her in trouble a lot of the time, Jinx thought the wee punishments were adorable and normally laughed them off. A physical one for a change would alter her behaviour though, lectures everyone gave her lectures

Of course, Makoto may seem completely serious, but he really was never that way. He managed to move his head just enough so she'd miss his nose, and then quickly slipped the pen out of her hand and flicked it in the air just right so it went down her shirt before chuckling.

She growled playfully and pulled the pen from her shirt she was determind to put the pen up something unpleasent "Yoooou Meanie" she said and giggled, causing her hair to shift to a even lighter brown. She chucked the pen at him and focased her powers so the pen hit him, on contact the pen exploded black-blue ink would have sprayed him but jinx had control over it and let a drop hit him on the cheek. She laughed and threw the pen away befor more could get on him or her. "take that!" she said and let anothe giggle bubble from her

Makoto touched the ink then drew a mustache on Jinx. He chuckled, and put one last dot on her nose.

Now she was irritated jinx tackled Makoto to the ground and touched his nose with hers leaving behind a fadded dot, A growl escaped her and this time it wasn't as playful but for some reason this kinda felt right.. Her eyes turned to a dangerous red orange like fire, fangs peeked at the sides of her lips and she snapped them at him. "Your a butt face" she gritted out though her teeth. Jinx stands up brushing herself off and glares at the man she tackled, this would get her in his office probably with another lecture.. she rolled her eyes and stormed out of the room

Makoto blushed lightly after being tackled by her. He'd been hit with worse, particularly during his fight with Death itself, but seeing her eyes turn red sent a chill down his spine for some reason. Once she left, he slowly got up, he glanced at his watch. Shit...it was getting late. He knew he shouldn't have shown up so late. He looked at the doctor. "I have to go..." He suddenly ran out of the room.

Still retained in her childish innocence, Lapis was rather uncomfortable with the turn of the conversation, but she tried to hide it with that warm smile of hers.In a drunken daze, the eye-patched girl chuckled at Eli's panic, her footing seemed loose and unsteady as if she were going to fall over at any moment. "Calm down...it was only *hiccup* a joke...heheheh..." Corentine grinned as she teased her, and almost without warning, the girl collapsed over unconscious. Oh dear, she just fainted from how drunk she was...the council member snoring and drooling only a few moments into her passed out state. Looks like Corentine won't be doing much in awhile...

Coming across an apparently passed out girl and another person was a man in armor recognizable as the local doctor. "Must've drank to much and passed out" the man said smelling alcohol in the air. "Appears to be a council member as well. You know where she lives by any chance?" the man asked the other girl that was there. This man had no real name at least none that anyone knew and was always simply referred to as 'Six'.

In an alleyway somewhere in the city was a well known thief being cornered by a man with a strange device on his left arm and a Ninja.

"J-Just who are you?" the thief asked scared to death of this man and ninja.

"Me i'm just a local now Hanzo take him down" the man said as the ninja obeyed and with one swift strike knocked the thief out.

The man smiled "take five Hanzo" he said holding up a card as the ninja vanished. This man was quiet notorious even if everything he did was good his methoods were a different story. The man took out a cell phone dialing 911 to inform them of a certain thief's location.
