And normally I allow people to write my characters' movements if I know the other writer very well, and know what they intend. The only thing I reserve entirely for my own, is dialogue. I have written dialogue for other people before, but only for their NPCs, not their main characters - and even that was nerve-wracking as hell for me, and I was making sure my friend fully approved in every way before posting as well.

So if you'd like me to chase off Tanner again - because she will, though a bit differently than you intended, I can do that as well.

You do whatever Bree would most naturally do. Ethan and Tanner's exchange is over, and I'm content with anything at this point.

Sounds good, though I'm not entirely sure I'll get to a post today or, if I do, that it won't be pretty late at night (though far more likely tomorrow). I have an awful lot on my school plate at the moment, tests this week and finals the next, so trying to pull a lot of pieces together at the moment.

Both very good lessons to learn. I'll try and get you a reply soon, but it has been a long time since I've felt so completely and utterly lazy. What little motivation I have is going into keeping me on top of my schoolwork, and making sure that people don't have to wait weeks and weeks for a reply.

As you will hon, I'm in no hurry. I still have two finals next week to prepare for, Tuesday and Wednesday of next week, as well as a short teaching project to finish and compile. Pretty busy at the moment too, so don't feel I'm breathing down your neck at all!

It doesn't need to be linear, there isn't much to tell. Best bet would probably be to give Bree a bit of time to adjust to life after Ethan, and then start working on the case that she is going to eventually need to get Ethan back in on. We never did exactly figure out what that was going to be, but I'm sure you'll come up with something great.

Hello there Jiskastya I didn't want you to think I'd forgotten or missed your message, just been immersed in studying, only just occasionally coming up for breath before finals this upcoming Tuesday and Wednesday. I wanted to let you know, I really may not be able to write until Wednesday night, simply because I cannot concentrate on making this upcoming post as nice as I want it to be, with school concerns sitting on my chest at the moment. At the same time, I also didn't want you to worry that I'd missed you or disappeared - I haven't. Just having one of those "life things" happening unfortunately.

So if I can write before then, and do this the way I'd like to see it done? I most certainly will. If not, just know I'm still about, and haven't missed what you've done!

So glad the evening was made! And I do have a good idea, for what Ethan could do that no one else possibly could!

And I think it's been really, really close to a year - at least a good part of a year, and then maybe the two of them have been recollecting what they could of their lives in the intervening months? I can fix that if it doesn't work.

There was a three month gap between Seattle and Chicago, maybe two weeks between the Casino and Richmond, probably another week between Chicago and Bend Oregon. Assuming that they didn't take long to get to the FBI, they probably knew each other for about four months from the first time they met at the Casino.

I suppose there could be a six month time skip between these points, if you want, but that seems like a long time. At least to me. But we can go with that if you think it is good and necessary.

So sorry, apparently counting isn't really my strong suit So perhaps we might yet work with, say... six months then? A couple months for each to get back to something like normal lives (or as normal as life is for either of them? *shrugs and grins* )

Six months sounds great. I don't want to give Ethan too long to think about anything other than "I'm free," because it will lead to some nasty realizations he's not psychologically capable of handling yet.
