[OOC] Skyrim: Dragonsbane

Heya guys! Just a notice: If you have any ideas for big plotlines, involvements or taking over of NPCs (As I've said, you can actually take a NPC and develop them into a bigger character; just ask me first. I'll probably say yes, so don't worry.), or questions about non-canon facts you want to bring in, just feel free to ask. You can ask on here or just PM me - Or Leos, the co-GM - if you want. I'm a fairly easy-going GM when it comes to the roleplay content.
Oh, and North (Nicknames are easier :3), don't worry about your post! I won't start the first Dovehfeyn Quest until your charrie is introduced, and peeps still have to finish up conversations, go up the mountain, and have a chat with the Greybeards first, so it's all good!

Also, sorry to all of you guys for the fairly slow start, but I'm just a wee bit anxious that we don't have enough roleplayers? If you could ask about, that'd be great, because to be honest, it doesn't' particularly matter when you introduce your characters, just as long as they begin their interactions with an already introduced character - y'know, so they can get a quick mention of Dovahfeyn, come with me to this dragon-lair, kill dragons...blah, blah, blah... you get the idea.

OH! Of course; More than one characters are allowed - in fact, encouraged! The more the merrier guys! But again, don't feel pressurized into making another one. It's all good. :)

Thanks man, I am trying to make my first post Novella to a degree. I don't want my character to seem OP in the initial post, but I want something with a great combat scene, as well emotional involvement, personal plot, and etc.

Speaking of which, you are still fine with me having my character be able to conjure familiars that aren't just wolves, correct?

Absolutely - I always thought it was dumb that familiars were wolf only. I thought they should be more Patronus-like.

Edit: What is even worse is I spent like four hours looking over the Dragon Language for awesome Dovah Dialogue, but I didn't get to use it, because it wouldn't have made sense to my character. XD I can almost practically read Dovah now.

Indeed, I ask though because in lore they state the trek can take a full day, to two or three, depending on your means of traveling. I intend to be the sneaky sneaker and sneakily sneak with Rawlith in Lycan form up the mountain off the trail to scale it in the night.

I know. xP I just need to get him up the mountain quickly, so that Rawlith can talk to the Greybeards before the DovahFeyn stuff beings. Who would know anything about Dovah Shouts? The Greybeards. Who could help Rawlith with his suppressed magical powers and Scar? The Greybeards. XD

EDIT: I got to thinking, we have a couple Undead here... perhaps we should rename the DovahFeyn to DiilBrod. "Undead Clan." It isn't as catchy, but it is quite literal. XD(This is of course a Joke. ^^)

Hey guys have a look at my character sheet, I've made some rather important modifications, they detail what Dark magics Valerion has at his disposal, these have been approved by the Gm also.

I love Magic play in the Elder Scrolls universe because it is so wide and diverse. Many different types already accumulate in the Magical parts of this world and I like the spells you made with Valerion. They all balance out nicely, preventing them from all being the "one trick pony" of spells where they simply kill the enemy or in any case damage them. These are unique to design in each's function as spells should truly be with Spell casters. I have to say I had been thinking of a spell similar to your Claw Spell, and if you hadn't done something like that already I was going to work something out myself. You beat me to the punch though skippy, oh well.

Now, even though I said I love Magic Play, I am adverse to just playing with the Magic in an Rp because I know how Gms can be about this sort of thing. So up until now I haven't really tried to do too much with magic other then my Characters trademark, unique Familiars that come in different forms, and his gained Dovah Ahraan.(Dragon Wound- in this case translated to Scar.) I will certainly be thinking of things now though to run by Roze, our wonderful Gm. ^^
