"Alright then."
Jason was slightly annoyed. He wanted to bang on the metal interior of the elevator shaft in order to wake Graham up, but he knew that would make too much noise and would attract all the shamblers in a ten-mile radius. He began climbing up the shaft, but took his things with him just in case it turned out he was too trusting of these strangers. As he reached the top, he laid his stuff by the elevator, and walked over to Graham, crouched down, and shook him on the shoulder. "Hey, wake up. We're gonna get going now, while it's safer."
Jason would wait for him to wake up before going back down the shaft, dropping his things down the balcony before doing so once again. When he got back to Mark, grabbing his things, he suggested, "There's a staff exit in the back that leads into the alleyway. It's probably better to go through there than to take down this barricade, just in case we might have to come back here. That guy probably still has the key on him." He pointed at the corpse of the shambler he had taken care of the day before, one that was obviously working here when things went to shit.
