You know what stinks about being short? You're the last one to feel the rain and the first to drown

Know what's horrible about being tall?

You're the first to get hit by hail and lightning. THAT and you have a greater surface area which is harder to keep afloat. Are you sure we shorties drown first? ^_^

GAH. VIET IS TALL TOO? This is unfair!

Oddly enough, I've never gotten the weather comment from people. Basketball I can answer because I did try out for my high school team, but that didn't work out.

I think I'm too much of a nice guy to do those kinds of things.

I'm not quite as tall as Mr. Salt, I'm fairly tall for an asian man though, and I'm the tallest person in my extended family, 6'2ish-3ish"

Lol sshh Feisty, its okay. Short girls are the cute ones. Tall girls can be a bit intimidating. I went to my aunt's second wedding a few years ago, and one of my new cousins was 6 feet tall (Keep in mind that she was 13 at the time, whereas I was only 16 and still only reaching 6 feet at that point.). This cousin decided to wear heels to the dinner party, and that was the first time I've ever looked up at a girl. It wasn't a pleasant experience.

Salt though, 6'7", military type (I think you said you were military... that might've been someone else, there are a lot of us in this RP.), you'd be quite the ladies man over here.

Also, benefit of being short: Tall people make great wind blocks and shade.

Additionally, t'was not Salty that was military. T'was me!

You use us as shade, and we use you as headrests. Its a symbiotic relationship we have, talls and shorts.

That would be correct, Viet.

I'm in the USAF. An E-5 no less.

Yeah, no military here. Boy Scouts (got my Eagle to boot) and a whole bunch of outdoors training, sure, but that's about as close as I get.

Might as well have joined up, Salty. :3

I never did any of that Girl-Scouting nonsense here.

Nah. Mother would've raised hell about it, and I get enough flak from her as it is.

And let's be fair, BSA is usually just a BIT more hardcore than Girl Scouts from where I saw it. Then again, I was also in one of the more active troops that actually did a whole bunch of stuff, so I might just be biased.

You could always do some of the military-equivalent scouting I've had to do.

Like Land/Arctic Survival Training. ^_~

Nothing quite like sitting in an improvised igloo at -65. @____@

Forget ever going to Alaska. Ever. Again. Hate that place.

Yeah, no thanks. I've taken plenty of wilderness survival training for locales that fall inside of Northern Canada and the bloody Sahara, and I've no real desire to train for those places.

You sure? It was pretty brisk up there! Someone tall like you would do well in the cold. <.<

Cold is fine. -65 F isn't cold, that's "DEAR GOD WHY DOES THIS PLACE EXIST".

Kinda like home in the summer, just the other direction.

Hey guys, little update. I forgot that I was having family come into town for this week so I'm a little delayed on editing my CS. I've given some more details to Brand on my characters CS, stuff that I don't necessarily want overtly known. But I have everything all thought out, just don't have it written down yet.

Huh. I could swear you lived a little closer to the coast.

Yeah, that place sucked. My older brother used to work in Bullhead City, it was disgusting and he hated it.
