EDIT: F91 bio done. Added some details to the Zirah and the F91 Imagine that they might not strictly have in gundamwiki but that make sense in the context of the roleplay
Character's Name: Leopold "Leo" Creighton
Character's Age: 36
Character's Gundam/Mobile Suits:1st mobile suit:
F91 Gundam F91
In UC 0093 the Earth Federation replaced the unreliable Anaheim Electronics as its main mobile suit developer by creating the Strategic Naval Research Institute, or SNRI. This in-house think tank of Federation-funded and supervised civilian researchers worked under the theory that miniaturizing mobile suits would help both lower production costs and increase overall MS performance. The theory proved correct and the SNRI helped usher a new era of MS development thanks to the Formula Project, a series of high performance miniaturized mobile suits which sought to push the envelope on MS technology.
The F91 Gundam F91 was one of the most outstanding results of the Formula Project. Completed in UC 123, over 40 years after the RX-78-2 Gundam, it boasted impressive speed and maneuverability for an era of highly agile mobile suits and its special weapons, the Variable Speed Beam Rifles, gave it ample firepower as well. In its first sortie the prototype proved instrumental in repelling an attack from the seemingly unstoppable Crossbone Vanguard and so it was chosen for limited mass production. Even a decade later the F91 would prove a reliable design, its VSBRs a threat against otherwise technically superior machines.
Weapons
-Variable Speed Beam Rifles x2: Rather than being a hand-carried weapon powered by an energy cap or e-pac, the VSBRs are mounted on the mobile suit itself and powered directly by its reactor. The pilot can adjust the speed at which the mega particles used in the beam fire are accelerated. Slower-speed particles produced a wider beam that delivers more raw damage, and higher-speed particles create a more tightly focused, penetrating beam. Thus, the F91's pilot can choose to deliver beam damage on a wider area or focused, high-speed shots to penetrate thick armor or even beam shields. The Gundam F91 is equipped with two Variable Speed Beam Rifles which are mounted on the unit's backpack.
-Beam rifle: A handheld beam rifle powered by a replaceable e-pac. The physics might change across universes but the results remain the same.
-Beam sabers x2: The F91 is equipped with two beam sabers stored in a recharge rack in the left hip armor when not in use.
-Vulcan gun x2: The F91 is equipped with a pair of head mounted Vulcan guns. You know how these work.
-Mega machine cannon x2: A pair of chest-mounted solid round machineguns. In the age of miniaturized mobile suits, the emphasis for mobile suit designs is speed, thus armor is sacrificed to reduce mass and weight. This leaves many mobile suits vulnerable to physical round weapons, such as machine guns, that had been discarded for mobile suit combat because of a lack of effectiveness after the One Year War. Stronger than vulcans but still not much of a weapon against larger, more heavily armored mobile suits.
-Beam Shield x2: Thanks to their increased generator output, scaled-down mobile suits are able to use beam technology for defensive purposes. Unlike an I-field generator, which is effective only against beam attacks, the beam shield blocks both beam and projectile weapons. The beam shield generates a plane of energy similar to the blade of a beam saber. This plane is divided into multiple sections, which can be turned on or off as needed to conserve energy. Individual sections are also automatically deactivated whenever they're in danger of coming into contact with the mobile suit itself.
Beam shield generators can be built into the arm of the mobile suit or they can be optional equipment, a unit that mounts on the mobile suit's arm and draws power directly from the fusion reactor. The F91 is equipped with a beam shield generator mounted on its left forearm and carries a spare on its right hip armor. Like beam sabers, the F91's beam shields have an internal battery that can power the shield even when not connected to the mobile suit.
Special Features
-Heat radiation fins: The F91 was a high performance unit for its time but suffered from overheating issues. Its entire body is covered in heat sinks and cooling ducts and even its “face” can open up to act as an extra vent. This is still not enough to fully dissipate the heat, so the unit’s equipped with a set of three radiator fins installed into each shoulder. Normally the fins are hidden within the shoulder armor, but after extended operation the radiator fins would be deployed to help shed the excess heat buildup.
-Metal peel-off effect: As an emergency measure the F91 can also dissipate excess heat by shedding the outer layers of its armor. This process, known as the metal peel-off effect, releases a large number of metallic particles into the atmosphere. When coupled with the F91’s high speeds and incandescent glow from its dangerous temperatures it creates an afterimage effect capable of fooling both radar and other sensors as well as a powerful newtype’s senses.
-Rotor hands: The F91’s hands are capable of continuous 360 degree rotation. Useful little trick when wielding beam sabers.
-Weapons mount: The F91 has a weapons mount located on its waist, which allows it to carry other handheld weapons. Goes unused since this unit lacks the F91’s beam launcher which usually went in that spot.
2nd mobile suit:
XM-07G Vigna Zirah
A mobile suit created by implementing the VSBR technology into an upgraded frame using both stolen F91 data along with information taken from observing Leo pilot his unit. The Vigna Zirah solves the F91’s heat issues and thus lacks both the radiator fins and, unfortunately, the metal peel-off effect. Despite losing its ability to create afterimages and some equipment it remains an upgrade over the F91 in terms of performance, stability and, more importantly, long-range sensor effectiveness.
Weapons-Variable Speed Beam Rifles x2: The Vigna Zirah is equipped with two Variable Speed Beam Rifles which are mounted on the unit's backpack and are a step up from the F91’s own, capable of firing stronger beams in both modes in order to compete with developing MS technologies.
-Beam rifle: A handheld beam rifle powered by a replaceable e-pac. The physics might change across universes but the results remain the same. Identical to the
Vigna Ghina’s beam rifle, but painted red and grey to match the Zirah.
-Beam sabers x2: The Vigna Zirah is equipped with two beam sabers stored in recharge racks in its back when not in use.
-Beam Shield: Thanks to their increased generator output, scaled-down mobile suits are able to use beam technology for defensive purposes.
The Vigna Zirah is equipped with a beam shield generator mounted on its left forearm and carries no spare. Like beam sabers, the Vigna Zirah's beam shield has an internal battery that can power the shield even when not connected to the mobile suit.
Special features-Enhanced sensor suite: The Vigna Zirah’s head mounts additional sensors that help it overcome visual distortions and aim its VSBRs more accurately over longer ranges.
-Rotor hands: The Vigna Zirah’s hands are capable of continuous 360 degree rotation. Useful little trick when wielding beam sabers.
3rd mobile suit:
F91 Gundam F91 Imagine
An advanced reconstruction of the critically damaged F91 Gundam, strengthened using data from the XM-07G Vigna Zirah along with other developments in mobile suit technologies. Though its weapon loadout remains about the same and it is outwardly nigh identical to Leo’s original F91 save for its red markings, a nod to the Zirah, the F91 Imagine boasts performance well above Leo’s previous units. Unlike the Zirah, it is once again capable of employing the metal peel-off effect, no longer a side effect to a heat dissipation measure but as a powerful offensive feature.
Weapons
-Variable Speed Beam Rifles x2: The F91 Imagine is equipped with two Variable Speed Beam Rifles which are mounted on the unit's backpack and are even stronger than the Vigna Zirah’s.
-Beam rifle: A handheld beam rifle powered by a replaceable e-pac. The physics might change across universes but the results remain the same. The F91 Imagine’s rifle is nearly identical to the original F91’s except for its grey coloration. It’s also supercharged, powerful enough to destroy shields such as the one employed by the Amazing Exia in a single shot, though it cannot pierce beam shields and the like.
-Beam sabers x2: The F91 Imagine is equipped with two beam sabers stored in a recharge rack in the left hip armor when not in use. No bells and whistles here, still deadly.
-Mouth beam: The only new weapon in the F91 Imagine’s arsenal. Since its more advanced frame means it has less heat issues, the Imagine no longer requires to use its face as a heat vent. Instead, the armor can open up to reveal a beam launcher that produces a bright, blinding flash before releasing a beam shot. A nasty surprise for anyone looking to tangle with the F91 Imagine up close.
The F91 Imagine is equipped with a beam shield generator mounted on its left forearm and carries a spare on its right hip armor. Like beam sabers, the Imagine's beam shields have an internal battery that can power the shield even when not connected to the mobile suit.
Special Features
-Bio-Computer system: The bio-computer is similar in structure to a human brain and its operating processes resemble human thoughts and feelings. Rather than displaying data on a monitor, the bio-computer can relay any sensors information directly to the pilot in the form of sensory input, so what the machine "feels" can also be experienced by the human operator. In essence, it functions as a reverse psycommu system which can be used by non-Newtypes to increase their spatial awareness and reaction times. The prototype F91 featured a bio-computer system but it was removed for the mass production version, so its return in the Imagine marks it as the definitive F91 unit.
-Back Jet Stream: The return of the metal peel-off effect, not as a cooling mechanism with a practical side effect but as an offensive system. By activating the Back Jet Stream the F91 Imagine pushes itself to its maximum operation levels. Its heat radiation fins are deployed, the unit glows white-hot and the outer layers of its armor peel off, creating afterimages capable of fooling both newtype senses and advanced sensors. While not quite as powerful as Trans-Am it allows the Imagine to more or less keep up with Trans-Am units and lacks the massive energy depletion side-effect, its drawbacks limited to the large heat production already familiar to the F91 series.
-Rotor hands: The F91’s hands are capable of continuous 360 degree rotation. Useful little trick when wielding beam sabers.
-Weapons mount: The F91 has a weapons mount located on its waist, which allows it to carry other handheld weapons.
-Enhanced sensor suite: The F91 Imagine’s head mounts additional sensors developed from those used by the Vigna Zirah that help it overcome visual distortions and aim its VSBRs more accurately over longer ranges.
Universe your character is from: Universal Century AU, around U.C. 0133. Rather than Cosmo Babylonia collapsing and the Crossbone Vanguard reforming as a heroic organization, Cosmo Babylonia manages to establish itself as an independent state that survives up until the rise of the Jupiter Empire. These forces and the Federation are poised to engage in a three-way war.

Biography:
In U.C. 0123 the organization known as the Crossbone Vanguard initiated its attack on the space colonies of the Frontier Sides with the objective of establishing the nation of Cosmo Babylonia, led by the principles of a so-called "cosmo aristocracy". The operation was initially successful thanks to the Vanguard’s advanced mobile suits and well trained pilots. Having come off a period of relative peace, the Federation was caught woefully unprepared, armed with outdated MS and many a pilot that had never seen the battlefield. The Vanguard was only pushed back thanks to the timely deployment of the F91 Gundam F91 prototype, which proved superior to the Crossbone machines and destroyed the Vanguard's flagship mobile armor, killing its leader in combat.
Leopold Creighton, aged 26 at the time, was one of the Earth Federation soldiers tasked with defending the Frontier colonies from the Vanguard's onslaught and perhaps one of the men best equipped to handle the situation. A test pilot and member of Anaheim Electronics' defense forces, the rag-tag mercenary group that would later become the League Militaire, he had been "loaned" to the Federation because of his piloting expertise and been part of the taskforces that dealt with the first and second Mars Zeon uprisings in UC 120 and 122 respectively. His combat experience, even against an outmatched foe, and his familiarity with his own machine coupled with his natural sharpshooting abilities allowed him to survive the conflict, though not without the timely arrival of the F91.
The decade that followed was quite tumultous for the Federation. Despite repelling the Vanguard the nation of Cosmo Babylonia still managed to establish itself in a captured colony, quickly becoming a thorn on the Federation's side. Even worse, the Jupiter Energy Fleet saw this as a sign of weakness and backed its own aristocratic movement, the Jupiter Empire. Seeing its woeful perfomance during the Crossbone Vanguard attack and fully expecting renewed conflicts, the Federation began hastily training new pilots and updating its arsenal, even putting the venerable F91 Gundam into limited mass production. As a distinguished survivor of the first stage in what would come to be known as the Warring Space States era, Leo was given control of the very unit that saved his life.
Leo, however, was a mercenary at heart and still under the employ of Anaheim Electronics. He had a special computer installed into his F91 with the purpose of gathering data from the unit and delivering it to Anaheim that they might produce a refined model and win favor with the Federation once more. Before this could happen, however, the three way conflict between the Federation, Cosmo Babylonia and the Jupiter Empire erupted in full in Universal Century 133. And during the opening days of the war, Leo was given a solo assignment, to scout ahead and investigate a strange signal in ostensibly empty territory...
