I'm waiting for Zero and the other guy from the interest check. I plan to work them in as soldiers from Mariemaia's faction.

Oh, I almost forgot to ask, are machines from IBO alright?

It's fairly recent, but there's a solid amount of material to work with.

I suppose they should be fine. I haven't seen anything from them I haven't seen before in gundam as long as they're within practical limits they're fine with me.

Aside from that direct link thing. Eliminating lag between operator and machine and making the actions almost one kinda a bit more op than Domon and all that

Yes but at the same time the suits from what I've seen of the suits from Gundam IBO they're outdated in comparison to the other mechs. They have to rely on tricky tactics. In comparison to eliminating lag they're fighting without really strong beam weaponry and a good portion of the enemies will be psychic teenagers with stupidly powerful things like Funnels, and GN drives.

Appearance:

Genetic Type: Cyborg, Cyber Newtype

Biography: Once a member of the Neo Zeon movement, Bruin was a Gouf pilot assigned to support the Rommel Corps. Famous for his skill in close-quarters combat in and out of his suit, Bruin helped Desert Rommel's men take a number of strategic points in the desert using brutal guerilla tactics. It was going fairly smoothly, until Rommel decided to attack an extremely well-guarded convoy laden with supplies. Outmanned, outgunned, and facing a foe prepared for their presence, the Rommel Corps were slaughtered as Desert Rommel refused to allow them to retreat. Bruin was shot down, trapped in the cockpit of his Gouf. That is, until his unconscious, burnt, limbless body was retrieved. Seeing a loyal Zeon soldier wounded (and managing to survive his suicide mission), Rommel ordered his men to save Bruin by giving him cybernetic limbs and supplementing his damaged nerves with Cyber Newtype technology.

Rommel hailed his recovery as a miracle, a testament to the power of Neo Zeon's vision. With Bruin's experience, now augmented by the abilities of the Cyber Newtype technology, they would retake the desert for the glory of Zeon.

Surprising nobody but the most devoted of Zeon's zealots, Bruin called Rommel a jackass, took his Gouf, and got the hell out of Dodge. Though he was large and moody before, the bulky arms and legs and synapse sickness made him prone to fits of rage and continuous migraines- something he blames on Rommel. Ever since his evacuation, he's operated as a mercenary, using his incredible skill in CQC and artificial Newtype senses to cleave a path through his foes. He'll even work against Zeon if the pay is right- just to spite Rommel.

There's nothing wrong with the character however it is well worth noting that we have killed dozens of Zeon soldiers and are at constant odds with them. We have fought Glemy Toto, 'The Nightmare of Solomon' Anavel Gato, and others. In the context of the settings things will be very very uneasy between your character and te majority of the crew of the OMNI Ship Sundown who are majorly hardened Earth supporters. The exceptions being Sug's character, Hiling Care, Puru, and Graham Aker. I'm not sure how you'd work into our current setting. The faction I am planning on sending you from likewise has Mariemaia Khushrenada at it's helm and her right hand man is a OMNI Commander who is very much Anti-ZAFT a similar organization too the Earth Federation. @clanjos

I can't find the MAK-005S Gaplant TR-5 Custom on the gundam wiki. It may not be in the rules (it's been awhile since i've actually edited the first page) But the house rule is no fanon made suits.

It's just a name and some fluff to make things more sensical from a story perspective. The TR-5 is a Gaplant with minor improvements and made more manageable so the pilot doesn't have to be a Yazan-tier guy or a Cyber Newtype to handle it, it's from Advance of Zeta. The Gaplant Kai (or Custom, really) is a stripped down version of the Gaplant that was first introduced in one of the SD Gundam G Generation games. Typically, it's stuck as a mobile armor but has better armaments than the severely underarmed original.

This is just an existing Gaplant that doesn't kill regular pilots, to avoid the wankery that'd come with putting my character on Yazan's level, with the Kai's weapons such the one that can be seen here, and you'll notice I've omitted the pair of beam guns on its back. It's not really a fanon machine. If you think about it from an upgrade progression it's Regular Gaplant-Gaplant Kai that isn't stripped down into a mobile armor-Hrairoo parts which are a canon upgrade to the TR-5.

Alright fair enough that sounds resonable however I noticed it is a mobile armor just not one as big as say the Big Zam. There is the rule that no mobile armors are allowed. However for the sake of being reasonable I'll ask @Arthanus@Zarkun to give their opinions on the matter too see if they want to allow a mobile armor into the roleplay. I'm not as knowledgeable and into the UC Gundam Suits as I could be so I'll see what they have to say before I allow, or deny on this matter. In my opinion it just seems like a lesser version of the Wing series so It'd be fair to consider it especially when we're all about to upgrade into heavier suits this upcoming timeskip, my character especially since he's going from Raigo too Freedom which is a massive boost in strength.

The "mobile armor" bit is just the transformation into a plane-ish form, rather than marking it as any sort of gigantic city destroyer. Some units call this Waverider or with a variety of other names, the Gaplant's said to fold itself into a Mobile Armor because it's no longer humanoid in shape, much like the Saviour, Abyss, Chaos etc. It's still a mobile suit with a head height of some 18 meters.

Yeah I believe the suit is fair game for this roleplay I just want second opinions that's all. Arthanus used to be Co-gm and Zarkun responds faster than Sug and Panda.

gundam.wikia.com/wiki/ORX-005_Gaplant_.. Found the tr-5 but not much info on it.

As for actually using a mobile armor I have one question and one concern.
Fist have the players had to fight a mobile armor yet? Because that would be a bit of a boss fight I would think. And 2nd will our enemies have the firepower to fight off an advancing mobile armor as well as the rest of our suits and supporting suits.

I don't think a player should have a Mobile Armor personally it is way to strong and in all the series it takes a team effort or the main character in some desperate fight to take them out. But that's just my opinion

Well, I did read it over when I saw it. I actually remember thinking that the transformation thing was normal at one point in my watching of all the various shows. I'm fine with it.

@Arthanus
you keep talking about this as though it's some gigantic battlefield clearer and not just a regular sized transforming mobile suit like the Zeta Gundam or a myriad of other machines including the Elf Bullock and Mack Knife approved for use for another player.
