Well I'm thinking the character would be a 17 year old male, named Jonathan Godwell. His power is the manipulation of his own blood.he cuts his wrists before a fight and is able to create small daggers in his hands. He also is able to augment his own strength, speed, and endurance slightly by moving blood throughout his body where he needs to.

Short Biography
Mortia was born first of four children, he was trained since childhood to be a healer like his mother. His father was guardian of the tribe and through him, Mortia learned what little martial skill he has. This is how he lived for the first 195 years of his life learning to tend to the forest and it’s animal inhabitants.

Few were prepared for the drought that summer, none for the fire it caused. It was the middle of the night Mortia was tending to a wounded man when the fire reached the door of the medical hut. Mortia tried to help carry the man out but he was not strong enough he had to leave him behind. He rushed back to his home looking for his family only to find it already alight. He found his father right outside the door burnt and dying, clutching his staff to his chest. The last words he said as he pushed the staff into his son’s chest were “Run”. Since that day, he has traveled from town to town healing those in need. The day he saw the raven he jumped at the chance to improve his skills.

Personality
Mortia has a very energetic personality, he becomes very bouncy and hyper around new things. He is fiercely loyal to the people he is healing and will do everything in his power to protect them. He develops an intimate connection with the people he is healing. He is not used to technology and has a hard time learning to use it. He becomes uncomfortable if he is cooped up indoors for too long and will start to lose his energy.

Mortia Is weak to both fire and unrefined iron. If he makes contact with it, it both burns him and saps him of his power. Mortia’s strength is negligible, he is easily overpowered in physical combat.
He has a deep fear of wildfires, seeing one sends him into a panic as he ignores everything around him in his attempts to put it out.
Mortia does not wear shoes improving his magic but limiting his mobility over dangerous flooring.
