I'll work on editing him when I get home and the reason he reacted that gracefully is because Arthur has hit him that way before so he is moderately used to it and knows what to expect.

Arthur's actually gotten a lot stronger since their last encounter, so it wouldn't have been the same kind of hit.

I finished the shooting phase of the film project I´m working on yesterday, so I´ll get around to finishing up my CS now.

@Vordak - What did you mean with your question about charging and accumulating power at the same time?

Well, in my CS, it is stated that accumulating the flameable liquid Ido can create is independent of charging. But does that actualy mean that he can both accumulate that liquid and charge another ability at the same time?

Gimme a moment to check out the CS. Gonna make some food first. I´ll have a look when I eat. Wanna link it for reasons of which I do not want to indulge but that heavily implies laziness?

I get an "Unauthorized" message from following that link. Puts me at the front page of the site.

Edit: I looked over the ability in question, and I think that, in my opinion at least, the ability shouldn´t generate liquid on it´s own as a passive, but should be able to generate more liquid than mentioned if focused. Like, 50 litres per turn, with the added notion that it wouldn´t get interrupted entirely by an interrupt (unless the interrupt takes place before the generation even begins), but would simply generate a lot less liquid.

For example: You make your post, and say that you´re gonna start generating 50 litres of liquid. Some guy interrupts you when he notices you doing that, and you only end up getting about 12 to 25 litres.

In terms of charging, this is definitely not a charge, as it is more of a "I´m gonna stand here and gather materials" kind of a thing. I would personally disallow generating liquid and charging something at the same time, as charging should be an action that makes you unable to do other complex actions (IE; you could unholster your sword, or make a speed-dial phone call, but an attack or usage of a magical ability would definitely be too much. Basically, stand still and look dumb while essentially screaming "I am powering up!!")

An alternate solution to the liquid generation ability, could be that it is -always- generating 25 litres of liquid per turn, UNLESS you are charging. I personally find this the simples solution, and gives the character a very "Give me time to generate enough liquid, and you have a very hard fight ahead of you" kind of feel, while still giving you the tactical option of "Should I halt my liquid generation for a turn to charge an ability?". Which I feel is a nice quirk.

It is ultimately LeeRoy, or the temporary character judge Schradinger´s decision which of those are most acceptable, however.

Well, the 25 litre nmuber takes into account the fact that a lot of combat posts descirbe action happening over the lapse of less than 5 seconds of real time, so in fact, that is a very generous amount. He can nigh instantly dish out around 5+ lires of it without much strain.

But i do agree that similtaneous material accumulation and charging would be quite powerful. The question, however, is wether it should be allowed as an option, or if it should be impossible to have such a power for your character regardless of their tier.

Essentialy, that is a multiple charging option.

What do you think of my alternative solution?

It's good. It both describes the ability in the manner i intended it to be - having a fixed amount per turn that can be easily acessed - and also solves the problem in a very simple manner, buy adding a charging option to it.

However, my the question still remains valid. It think i shall wait untill it is answered and then make my decision on how exactly Ido's generation ability will function.

Fine by me, as long as he doesn't exeed the tier 4 limits with timewarp.

Though i am a bit iffy about the 'hack' not seeming to have any source behind them. What is it - magic, sci-fi mumbo jumbo? Seems kinda strange to have an ability that just 'is', since they don't exactly interact with the surrounding world as they normaly should, instead, instantly offering the result without any process behind it.

The hacks is a backstory thing. So the reason and source behind them will be added in with that. To put it briefly, Killstreak comes from a world where hacks are awarded upon obtaining big ass killstreaks (You know, like in video games), and as his name implies, he has a really big killstreak. It would probably count as a series of reality distortion/warp abilities if we were to go all technical about it.

I assume the hacks will be explained in his yet-to-come history, Vordak. (Edit: ninja'd)

Green, i would check out your character but it's quite late and i shouldn't be online anymore in the first place. I'll do it tomorrow, if it isn't already rendered moot by then.

About Adrian, it's good to have a precise estimate of his abilities now, really clears things up. However:
"He can summon exactly ten cubic meters of it. This is a rather large volume and he has to charge two turns to do so. He can summon fifteen cubic meters of it instantly."
Is that a contradiction or am i reading it incorrectly?

Melon, that depends on the power of his timewarp ability.

Though Melon does have a point here - if wallhack and minimap are reality warping abilities, then they render most, if not all stealth characters moot. And that's high level stuff, IMHO.

Pretty much. The point of those abilities is really to force victory through outmaneuvering, and not "I was invisible, you die." - I have no problem ramping up the tier accordingly.
