Basically...

Willis has the supernatural ability of being able to "trade", he is friends with Liz a nurse at a small clinic and has the ability to heal. They havent seen each other in a while and they bumped into each other at the cafe and are now talking to each other with also Lucy, a waiter who burned himself which Liz was able to heal much to Willis's disapointment

There have been other things but for now thats all you really need to know
