every 100 points of mastery unlocks that teir so 100 mastery unlocks first etc

the directions on the CS....you kinda have to think harder on it. it was a trail and error thing but im sure if you look at other CS youll be fine. Its hard for me to explain, lol. Char if you're really bored, still reply just send it to me and ill put it in my post and reply if needed.

I believe thatu get all spells in a tier 80% sure
