Name: Felice Age: “17” He says. Gender: Male Appearance:  (I'm working on a new image, though...) Slightly short, with bright amber eyes and kind of fluffy ice-blue hair. His eyes often look angry, and he's a bit touchy about his eyebrows. His main expression is usually a faint scowl. Personality: Openly sarcastic and cynical, but he can actually be pretty caring underneath that. Although he’s slow to trust, especially after recent events, he can be fiercely loyal to those he befriends, though he finds it hard to express how much they mean to him. Although he would never admit it, he really likes puns. He also sometimes mumbles under his breath about someone he seems to care a lot about and is still hoping to find. He often seems to refer to this person as "that moron" or "that idiot". Ability: Chibishifting. [hider=Basics] This ability allows this character to shift into a smaller form (approximately 8 inches or 17.6 cm tall) to reduce injury and perform feats normally unattainable by humans, within reason, of course. He cannot levitate, for example, nor can he shoot lasers from his eyes without a reasonable explanation. He also cannot survive absolutely anything, though he can withstand quite a bit. Drawbacks of this form include difficulties as a result of drastically decreased height and weight, often in what would be comedic forms. This character retains the same strength in both forms.[/hider] His version seems to include a sort of ‘hammerspace’ which he can pull a few objects out of, such as his batons, ribbons, and a jester hat. He currently cannot pull any other objects out, though. Bio: “I was in a performance troupe. They disappeared. Stuff happened. What do you want?” When he was younger, Felice was part of a performance troupe, but they vanished under mysterious circumstances. Exactly what happened between then and the time he became known as a criminal is hard to say, as he doesn’t seem capable of talking about it, but it seems to have something to do with the crimes he committed to end up here. The name he sometimes mumbles in his sleep is thought to have something important to do with that period of his life.
