Like I said, this is the first time I have ever experienced this and I have hosted many games. I don't know if it is my fault, or even partially my fault. If it is anything on my end, I want to know so I can correct it. If it's not, then I don't really know what I could do.

Perhaps to keep this game moving when more than half the people in the game vote, you start a countdown for how long before you stop votes entirely (obviously reminding everyone who hasn't voted to vote). If someone misses this deadline then they don't vote and you carry on. Then if someone consistently misses votes without a valid reason you kick them.

Can't say exactly why but yeah, I'm guessing it's because this game is held in Advanced and that sort of act as deterrent.

If you remember, though, most people agreed to move this to Advanced. I also tagged along with everyone to make the move as smooth as possible. I also PM everyone when the Story Post is up and I PM the stragglers when they are slow. I have done everything I can to get people to check this thread at least a few times a week. So, I really don't think it has anything to do with that.

As for with 97 said, I agree. I'm going to start doing that. The main player I am worried about is Foxxie. Like I said, this is very unusual for her.

This is the first game I've seen that was run in an RP thread and not within Spam itself. Also, transferring to the new site, (that seems to go down every time I have time to get on and post) has made it hard for me to participate as well.

I quite like the tab system with this game. Unless all users can start implementing tabs, I think this might be how it stays.

Except for Foxxie. I know she was on vacation, but like I said, this is so unusual for her. I'm optimistic that she will be back soon, but I don't really know. I am debating between making her character "get lost" instead of actually die... just in case she does come back and she can be written in. Or just killing her character off completely in case she never does.

Well, if she was on vacation, it's possible she's out of communication or stuck somewhere. Maybe her transportation broke down, or something came up and forced her to stay longer? Who knows?

You didn't ask for my opinion, but if someone said they'd be on vacation, in my mind that gives them a free pass from character destruction on the part of the GM (no guarantees that the Wolf won't kill them anyway, though). You're the GM, though, you make the choice.

You can always kill her off if she's not back by next round.
