Personality:
Darrik is a very brash, rude and straight forward person. Blunt and brute like, he will probably bring the muscle in the guild. He believes oldies like him are better than newbies like the other characters in the guild. He believes that they should listen to his "wise" advice. Of course you shouldn't because that would involve you dying while Mr.Hock is sitting back with vodka in his hand. He is also an alcoholic, doesn't swear much though just gets more stupid.

Magic:
He can control iron and manipulate it very easily. He can turn it into something and make a sword, he can disable iron basically making it disappear but if he disables too much at once he will turn unconscious or even worse, turn up dead. He can control iron in the body but it is very limited. He can control iron in his own body very well though.

Hey, JEL! I'm sorry, I've been so busy that I wasn't able to put Cruz in the beginning. What should I do?

It seems that I've come across a thing I'd like to join. Hmm... I'll wait a bit though. In the meantime, you, Magus, need a jump point for Cruz to do a thing. Imma read through a thing or two, see what I would do. If you'd rather wait for JEL's suggestion as they are the GM of this RP, by all means. I'm bored, so I'm doing it anyway. Back in 15 mins or so.

So... I've got a few suggestions on how to pull your character into the RP.

1) Cruz was forgotten back at the guild. He finds the Job poster that Jude left/dropped... words, reads it and begins to make the journey to the tournament himself.
2) Cruz returns to the guild hall after completing a small job to find most members gone. Upon finding the poster that discusses the tournament somewhere in the guild hall, Cruz goes or stays or does a thing.
3) Cruz already knew about the tournament and is waiting there for/with other members. It seems within the bounds of the character to do something like that.

Again you can still wait for JEL's suggestions. Just thought I'd try to help. :P

Seems that having him already know about the tournament and be there would be easiest. Course it means that he got a solo operative untill we get there but i was thinking we would just pick up like one job one the way over and then time-skip the rest.

hm.. this roleplay does progress slowly but i'm not really worried about that, after all not everyone can be on to roleplay at every moment n the world.

Real life takes toll on it's victims normally. I have college, and officer club activities so that takes care of most of my time, including homework. reason why i'm not always on.

Meh. I see you prefer the second child of .hack over the third, the first child being the Fate series. They're all different approaches to the same genre. How much of Log Horizon have you watched? How much of SAO have you watched?
