You may call me Ignoble, and I am here to hopefully carve a nice little place for myself in this community. I'm interested in exploring the more flawed and darker part of storytelling, with damaged characters and hopelessly glum situation, and I hope to find a few companions to help me grow as a storyteller. I play both males, females and everything in between, and am one the believe that all plots can be fun when you put enough thought and effort into them. I have not seen very many roleplays focused on tragedy and grimdark environments, but I won't say there aren't any here. I'm not much of an avid fan of the stuff, but I do have my occasional cruel streak and sometimes I toy with some less fortunate character concepts~ And I agree with your statement, though having enough enthusiasm to give a roleplay enough thought and effort is a problem for some.
