@c3p-0h The not-earthquaking mountain is where The Roost is -- all the other PCs have actually just left there, haha. This is the village/outpost where the gryphon riders are based, so there's some extra technology and sigilwork they're using to keep the mountain stable. I totally trust your judgment, so however you feel most comfortable moving forward, go for it. :D

Woohoo rune designs! Sure I'll take a whack at it. Should probably design them for all the elements at this point!

All I can think of with the Lord of Shadow's statement with the minimizing casualties is "what a hypocrite" when he makes the action to condemn them to death like this. :P Anise might use that to open his eyes... depends on how things work out there.

@Mokley ok, so slight hiccup… i'm about 2/3rds through writing the post but as i was rereading old stuff to make sure i was keeping everything coherent, i realized i completely forgot that the old man at the roost had some kind of mad-eye moody rune in his eye. this is gonna affect how he reacts to arty and the shit she's trying to sell depending on what exactly it does. so can i ask for specifics please?

Sorry I've been completely inactive lately! I've been in crash weekend of my pre-licensing course for being a real estate salesperson. I'm finally freed from it. I can finally post something.

Thanks! All I have to do right now is wait for the real estate commission to get my application for the exam to get my license and get a 70 or better on it. Then it's interview time.

I'm going to add a bit more to my post... I had a great idea overnight.

I'm seeing so many paths for Anise to take at this current point of the RP. I feel a bit overwhelmed. The three big choices I have for myself are:

1. Continue working to free the sun from the Lady of Stone's grasp.

2. Since the original Lady of Light was killed, I had a thought where her spirit was stuck in this world much like all the other dead people in the Forest. Anise would use her Light Rune to see if it had a connection to the Lady of Light's remaining essence and then seek it out to make it her own and truly become the new Lady of Light.

3. Make every effort to complete the acquisition of all the Lanterns in spite of whomever is controlling them at the time and complete the Dragon's reconstruction while simultaneously working to purify the darkness oozing from the Dragon's body, because I don't like the sound, sight, or smell of it (much less the sound or feel *ewwww*).

There are a few others that have floated through my brain, but these are the three that have seriously stuck. Hrmmmm.... options.

Seems like it depends on where Anise's priorities are right now, which I know is probably what you're debating haha. Why does she want to do what she's doing? Does she want to give the sun back to the people, to be worshiped, or to help the Dragon? One choice may also require another.
