So much for soaking into the hot, rejuvenating and steamy waters of a relaxing Onsen to end the day perfectly, Tohru thought. Pretty much every chick who went to this damn school were in the large tub, splashing about and all giddy like it was a damn public pool or something, and it didn't help the rocker much that alot of them were...well...naked. Strange however to her though, she could just glance at a girl once and not really feel anything, same with the next nude chick that brushed past her, and another. It was just....it was just Mira-chan who made her into a bumbling mess, especially seeing the girl about to undo her towel dress before Tohru had to jerk her eyes away and focus on the white marble tiles of the shower. It sucked really. Eventhough she was fretting over seeing her friend...well...nude... Tohru would've loved to at least spend a relaxing evening with Mira-chan. Roswell that ends well, I guess... The metal-head sighed, slipping off her shirt and stepping into the shower.
Once her shower was done, she was back at the dorm she shared with her pink haired friend, lounging on her bed with her back propped against the adjacent wall, a trashy looking spiral notebook opened next to her, some little music notes scribbled down, along with some tablatures she penned a while back, and as always nestled close to the rocker, her cherished red Gibson, while her fingers moved across the fretboard and she plucked every string, this time a bit more gentle than her usual thrashing she gave the battered Ernie Ball stings, since she no longer had a good cord to jack in her amp, and.......it was better not to disturb her friend while she worked on some new curriculum for the music club. Before too long, Tohru glanced away from her instrument, breaking her musical focus to see Mira-chan....sound asleep. A soft smile crossed the girl's lips, seeing her roomie pretty much out cold, but admiring just how...how adorable the pink haired girl appeared as she slept. Before Tohru turned in for the night, she carefully stepped over to Mira's bed, pulling her blanket over the girl and giving a soft, "N'night Mira-chan.... She had thought of maybe....well...maybe giving Mira a little kiss on the cheek, but to Tohru, that seemed to be pushing it.
Tuesday came and went with the persistence of time to forge onward, and really, Tohru just felt like it was another usual day here at Lilium, more homework, more teachers pissed off at her for not turning in homework, more detention hours for knocking out someone for calling her a name or two in scoffing, yep....pretty much the average day at school for Tohru, but at least it ended again nicely, her finally getting to bring her guitar to the music room, thanks to her friend allowing it. Luckily she didn't have her amp cable, otherwise....the whole music club would be deafened by her insane breed of blackened death and thrash metal inspired riffs and sinister licks and solos. As much as she loved her SG though, Tohru had to admit playing Canon in D would've served better on a classical acoustic instead of a steel stringed electric. Her fingers were downright sore after that performance, but it went off without a hitch.
Wednesday soon rolled around, and after the same old grind, it was finally lunch. Tohru hated to admit it, but she finally broke down into using that money the Yakuza Queen had given her, before Kotone....pretty much vanished without a trace. Heh, maybe a hit got called. Tohru assumed, though not much with biting sarcasm, but a bit more concern. Today was her lucky day too at the lunch line, since today they were serving spicy tuna rolls, another of the metal-chick's fiery favorites. She bought a couple of rolls and a blue raspberry soda, not to mention slipping a few yen to a third year student for a pack of Seven Stars, the b*tch having smoked half of them before forking the remnants over to Tohru. "Yeah...much obliged, you ripoff artist." Tohru grumbled to the blonde chick, muttering incoherently to herself as she stuffed the half pack of cigs into the pocket of her battle jacket and stepped outside into the fresh spring air and basking in the warmth of an April noon, also searching for her friend, who she found sitting with....Red-Shorts, seeming to still be uneasy with the two, especially after the whole debacle with the Drama Llama Club.
"Yo!" As best as she could, she called to the two girls, sitting down at the small picnic table beside Mira and ripping open her meal, slipping out the cheap wooden chopsticks and snapping them in two. "Sup Red-Shorts." Giving a small, friendly smile, the rocker addressed her, again using that nickname....Reiko pretty much hated Tohru for using, but boo frickin' hoo, Tohru was sticking with it.
