History
For Millions of years, creatures have lived across the universe, evolving, getting smarter. These creatures had no contact with each other. But this all changed on the year xxxxx AD. A race called Humans made contact with the people of Hydragia. The Humans, who had just started colonies out of there solar system, made contact with the Hydragos by accident. But soon after, a loose alliance was formed.

The Hydragos and Humans started to find more creatures, some friendly, some evil. The ones friendly with the Hydragos and Humans formed the Intergalactic Alliance of the Universe. (IAU). The IAU became like a UN but in space. Creating laws and rights that all creatures had.

This all changed though, as even the greatest alliances, all ended. In the year xxxxw AD, the Hydragos declared war against the humans splitting the IAU in half. The Humans and the Hydragos battled for over xzqd years but in the end no one won.

An event called the great cleansing began, a disease started to spread all across the known kingdoms, killing almost everything. Humans and Hydragos, where wiped out, or at least that is what we think.

But now the universe is repairing itself, new nations are rising, from Alpha Centari to all the way to Out world, species are returning. It is up to you, great leader, to bring your nation into greatness.

This is my first ever Sci-Fi nation Rp.

Special Systems in the RP.

Religion

So you think that because this is Sci-Fi religion has died out, nope. In fact, it's presence has gotten stronger. Religion in Stars of Time can be your gateway into a space crusade, or into even faster then faster then light travel.

You will create your religion, yeah, ok. But instead of you just putting blah blah blah you will get a select number of buffs applied down here.

You get 20 points, these points will be used to get specific type of gods and things like that, different types get you different buffs. You can have 1 of each god.

God of the Universe (20 Points, +10 Buff to military Research)
God of Water (15 Points, +5 Buff to Spaceship research)
God of Fire (15 Points, +5 buff to Trade)
God of Nature (15 Points,+ 5 buff to Military Research)
God of Ground (10 points, +2 buff to Gathering Resources)
God of Food (10 Points, +2 buff to population growth)
God of Love (10 Points, +2 buff to colonizing quickness)
God of the 4 leaf clover (5 points, +1 buff to luck)
God of Trees (5 points, +1 buff to Tourism)
God of Stone (5 Points, +1 buff to Building)
God of Potatoes (5 points, +1 buff to farming)

Turns

This Rp will have turns, don't let that turn you away, you only have to have 1 turn post, then you can post as many diplomatic updates as you want.
A turn is limited to 5 things. A research update, a building update, a colonizing update, a religious update, and lastly, a military update. Diplomatic Updates can be used any time so that means ally request are allowed in the middle of a turn. A new turn begins every other day. I will leave people behind. Unless you tell me you are leaving you will be kicked out if you are afk for 5 turns. In turns I will randomly throw around events such as an Earthquake or a plague.

History:
The Uyik'nai people evolved from simple mammal like fish on the planet Chsazza. The Uyik'nai where originally a bunch of tribes that wandered the planet Searching for new places to live. The first tribe to settle down in one place though, where the Uyiknaika, the tribe this species was named after. The Uyiknaika became the Sumer of the planet Chsazza, they where much more advanced then the nomad tribes who wandered, and they had much more food.

The tribe Uyiknaika started to conquer much of the nomads in the area taking there women as slaves. This helped the population grow. Soon after, a standard religion started to develop in this kingdom, Pagoduches where being built all over the place.

The King of the Uyiknaika at the time, Belaca, thought he heard a message stating he must go and conquer everything. That is what he did, he started to destroy any nomad tribe he came across and he started to expand crazily. Within aaa years the Uyiknaika conquered majority of the small planet. bb years after that, all of the planet was under there control.

The Uyiknaika people stayed relatively peaceful, advancing quietly along, until one day, in the year xxxax, a ship landed on there planet. Not knowing what it was, the king sent a group of researches out there to take it back. The Uyiknaika quickly scavenged it and learned how to create ships of there own, and by the year xxxbx, they Uyiknaika started to in space.

Now of course they didn't discover anyone until the year xxxxx, when they first made contact with a species called humans. The ship belonging to the humans touched down in Uyiknaika, the king, was not very happy to discover they where not alone. He told the humans that they should leave and keep his people alone. The humans stated they would. As long as trading would be allowed.

When the great Cleansing started, the people in Uyiknaika stayed safe, locking down all trade to there planet. Since then, they have evolved and became an isolated people.

Sooo how will stat stuff work. What are all the categories and what besides religion influences them. If there is need to tech up, then you need to come up with a progression for people to advance through or something like it. Its better to let people come up with their own beliefs and assign bonuses to them which you approve... just make sure of balance.
