Yeah, what standards make a dragon OP/boss? The untrainable and obvious ones sure, but of the trainable ones?

Well it's the ones that were made more into bosses by the tv show. For example the skrill couldn't be controlled and the only way to stop the dragon was to freeze it

Would have been helpful to have made a list of unridable dragons to start with so those who have only seen the movie wouldn't have to go by trial and error

If the Skrill interest you then maybe a Flightmare? There seem to only be three 'strike-classs' dragons: Flightmare, Skrill, and Night Fury.

It's rather powerful according to the wiki, but so is a Night Fury

I agree. I wasnt interested in the power but the appearance.

Well iunno about your taste, but I find this one aesthetically pleasing.
I see the Skrill and Night fury as equals in some respects, both very rare, both intelligent and powerful. If A night Fury can be controlled then I don't see why a Skrill can't. But i digress. Bone Knappers look cool too :3
