I've never really done anything beyond roleplay so I guess I'm not good at anything more than that

Sufficiently advanced science is indistinguishable from magic. And thus, Sufficiently well done magic, is indistinguishable from science. Fantasy and Sci-fi are the same. If your in to one you can find something to like in the other.

Right. I mean I like fantasy and love scifi. Roleplay-wise, however...I fine with fantasy and scifi based in our world but have problems in ones set in original worlds, say one similar to LOTR, with the extensive lore and world. With HTTYD, its fantasy because of dragons but it's set in our world, being vikings and all. Easier for me to relate the surroundings.Speaking of, @Kitty, are all the characters in the Academy?

Not to pop your bubble. but its not set in 'our' world, so to speak. The are 'vikings' only in name and aesthetic. I think you just struggle to wrap your head round the idea of something utterly new. It happens.

On a side note. if you've not had enough of dragons yet.http://www.roleplayerguild.com/topics/67620/posts/ooc?page=1#post-2098580 Lets see how well you can fly!

Hey guys I'm sorry but I'm not going to be GMing this role play anymore. I just have too much going on so I'm passing it off to books. Have fun. The night fury is now open
