I agree.

All characters will be susceptible to death and such, but that is not a weakness... that's life. A weakness is a "quality or feature regarded as a disadvantage or fault." anyone can be injured or killed.

Well considering that This was the original CS for the character I created 2 years ago then yes that was a major weakness to the character. But I've been working on rewriting the character to fit into this RP. Thus the remark on the same post that what I provided was a Rough Draft, and still being worked on. So of course there are details like that weakness that won't be making it to the final cut.

H.A.N.D. Status

Basically, I don't want these characters just stitched together. I would prefer if most of you were actually of a military or federal background, probably WWI veterans, that opted into this program due to exemplary service. Of course you can stray off, but I want there to be a sense of uniformity as well. Solid reasons, strong backgrounds.

History

The history of your character. Although important, I understand not everyone is a huge stickler (like me) about the details, especially in a superhero roleplay. That said, I will allow this to be a bit shorter; I created the HAND status separated to allow the lenience here.

Actually, I would consider mortality in this a fairly big weakness. Every character that uses Bolt or Cat will basically be a Captain America level super soldier. Having regular human traits is sub par when you look at CPtain America stats. Furthermore, her other powers are no existent at night and she has a kryptonite in the form of a common material - iron. The character is actually balanced on the weaker side of the scale, imo. I'm on break at work so I have minimal input now, but I will design a character soon for example purposes.

As promised, the OOC. I put in some more depth and explained mutants a little bit better. I've been getting some PM's providing me with powers that require just a little tweaking while others were way off base. I hope this can give a better understanding.
