Elsbeth changed her dress into something very simple and sneaked away from the castle, she walked to the dragon statue and sat down on her knees. She closed her eyes and started to pray to the dragon. She started with praying for simple things, like good weather and a good day tomorrow during her birthday. Then she stood up laying her hand on the flank of the dragon and whispered. ''I want to ask you something my dear dragon.. Please... help me.. I want to win the heart of Michael Fertar.. He is nice, and loving.. He is special to me.. Very special. He is the first man I ever loved... Please help me'' she whispered.

Mike eyes glowed before Elsbeth would find herself in the Dragon throne room once more as the dragon leaned forward as he said "You have requested something massive from me Princess Elsbeth, You want my help to win the heart of this Michael Fertar? I feel I must ask you something personal. Do you have little to no faith in your own abilities to make the young man fall in love with you?", Of course the dragon knew Mike loved her as well which was part of the reason as to why Mike felt he could not bring himself to pass judgement on the kingdom.

''Its not that.. I think... Its just... I've never been in love.. I don't know how I can find out that he likes me to..'' she said and sighed. ''And then we have our challenge... I thought he was you! What if he thinks that I am weird..'' she said and sat down on her knees. She didn't know what to do or how to win Michaels heart. ''What if he has a girlfriend already.. He is a traveler.. Maybe he has someone in an other kingdom..'' she said and sighed. ''Oh Dragon.. Please... Just tell me what I could do.. I don't know it anymore'' she said.

The dragon leaned back and said "I have chosen to abandon my challenge for now, There are more important matters that have got my attention now plus I want to see how much changes in a year, as for you worry about Michael. He has no girlfriend but he does like to explore a lot of things. I picked up on him when he first enter the town"

Elsbeth stood up and looked at the dragon with a smile. ''Thank you.. Thank you so much'' she said and walked to him. She leaned against the dragon for a short moment and felt very sleepy. ''A full night without sleep is not good for me.. Could you bring me to my room..? The same way you did when I was at your cave'' she said and looked up at him. She saw him blue gold eyes and her eyes winded. ''Your eyes..'' she said and did a step back. ''Your eyes... They.. they are the same as..'' she whispered and did not want to believe it.

The dragon kept a straight face as he step out of the shadows and took on his human form hidden beneath a hooded cloak. "Princess Elsbeth, you are seeing nothing but an illusion. Having the same eyes does not mean what's going though your mind right now" The dragon said as he looked at her calmly.

''If its not, then show me your face... I am in love with Michael Fertar.. How could you think that I would not be in love with him anymore after I knew the dragon and he are the same? You know I asked him if he was the dragon, the first time we met'' she said and sighed. She walked up to him and looked straight in his eyes, he could look into her soul and see a dragon wait there. She took the hood of the cloak and slid it down, looking at him. ''Michael'' she whispered, she laid her arms around his neck and hugged him. ''You know... You are playing false, I am not gonna do any bets with you'' she said and softly giggled. ''Stay here.. For ever... Be with me... Become my king...'' she whispered and didn't know where this came from, she knew she should be mad at him for lying but she couldn't. She was to happy.

Mike looked down a little and although he did return her hug, he let go of her and began to pace as he said "I am sorry I lied to you Elsbeth but you have to understand why I did it and you have to understand the history of this kingdom, as well as the dragons that live here. I am an Alpha High Dragon, the most powerful dragon of the pack, 1000 years ago. I was the Knight Commander to Queen Jania who ruled the throne. You see this Kingdom and all it peoples are creature called Draconins which mean People who can turn into dragon freely even go though a half form change. We were the most powerful Kingdom in the world, of course people get picky. We were attacked by your kingdom and after long brutal battles, we were betrayed by one of our own who then became the new king of the kingdom. He was known as Murtar the Red dragon. he reviled everything to your kingdom and we lost the final battle. They slaughter everyone and public humiliated Jania in everyway possible. Murtar being the one that carried them out, I escape only by the skin of my teeth. After a few days of recovering from my injuries, I came upon the kingdom and saw the torture that had been done to Jania. She was broken and beaten, I took on my full dragon form and brought this kingdom down to it knees. ... I tried to save Jania but she was a shadow of her former self and I ended her life to give her freedom. I also killed the red Dragon Murtar in vengeance for Jania. The kingdom made a Dragon statue of me as a symbol of the fact that this kingdom was once ruled by dragon's"

Elsbeth got tears in her eyes during his story, she had read a lot about the history but of course they made it look more beautiful in the story's. Tears ran down her cheeks now and she ran to him, clinging to his back and laying her head on his shoulder. ''Please.. Please... Michael.. I'll make sure that the people will not talk bad anymore about dragons.. Please.. Stay with me.. I am in love with you'' she said and hoped more than ever that he would not turn her down. The dragon in her felt the same, and she same way she talked to the Dragon side of Mike. ''Please..'' Elsbeth whispered once more and looked up. She let go of him and did a few steps so she could see his face. ''Michael.. There is something weird... I don't know what but it is like we are connected... Please tell me that you feel the same'' she said and looked in her eyes. Her lavender eyes looked like normal human eyes but if you would look better, you could see a sign of a dragon. ''Maybe... Maybe there is a way to revive the dragons inside the humans... You know who they are... Maybe... We can do that together...'' she said.

Mike looked at her as she said that she loved him and then listened to her carefully before he closed his eyes and then looked at her as he said "Yes, I do love you too Elsbeth and I believe there must be a way to reawaken the other Dragons of the kingdom" Mike stop pacing and then turned round and Gave Elsbeth a massive kiss on the lips.

Elsbeth was shocked first when he suddenly kissed her, but then she wrapped her arms around his neck and answered his kiss with the same intention, passion and love. She pushed her body some against his and kept searching for his lips and more of this wonderful feeling that he gave her. After a minute or three, she looked at him and smiled some. ''That was.. my first kiss'' she said quietly and blushed some. She didn't know what to do or say, was it even good to say that this was her first kiss? She was almost nineteen years old.. Would that be good? She hoped he would not think that she was some weird girl.

Mike chuckled a little as he said "That's not too strange, Jania did not have her first kiss till she was 21 so you don't have a lot to worry about Elsbeth", Mike then kissed her again before he said "I should teleport you back to your room now to let you rest for your big party tomorrow". Though quietly Mike wished that she would spend the night with him, because he loved her so much.

Elsbeth kinda cling herself to him when he said that. ''I aint going without you.. I don't care about big scandals anymore... And.. You can hide under my bed when they come to wake me up'' she said with a smile. ''Please Mike.. You don't wanna know how many times I have dreamed of laying in your arms...'' she said and looked straight in his eyes, she was probably the first that was not scared to look him in his eyes. She kissed him again, on his lips and with a lot of passion. She wanted to convince him with the kiss that he had to stay with her.

Mike looked at her and sighed a little before he said "I suppose, I can try and expand my transformation for the night. The only problem is that it will mean I will have to spend a day in my dragon form to recover which means I might have to miss your party tomorrow". Mike looked at her showing the truth in his eyes.

Elsbeth bit her bottom lip, she wanted to dance with him no matter what. Then she made a decision and sighed. ''Okay.. you better stay here and bring me back to my room... I wanna dance with you more than right now spending a night with you...'' she said and smiled. ''Tomorrow.. I am gonna tell my father who you are.. Not that you are the Dragon, he will find out one way or another by himself... But I'll tell him, and everyone that you are the man that I love'' she said and wrapped her arms around him again. ''Please... Kiss me once again before you bring me to my room'' she said and looked up at him.

Mike looked at her as he nodded to her and said "Alright then, I will see you tomorrow my love", Mike then kissed her on the lips one more time holding her close to him. His dragon also made a connection with her dragon making her dragon an Alpha Female High Dragon or at least putting her on her way to it. After all, until the two dragon's mated, she was just a low dragon for now. Mike then teleported her back to her room in her bed to rest.

Elsbeth felt something new awake during the second kiss, but for now she didn't think about it. She kissed him in return and felt a little sad when she saw herself sitting on her knees on her bed. Soon she got undressed and in her nightgown she looked one more time at her dress, yes.. It was perfect, and tomorrow would be even more perfect. She wrapped herself up in the blankets and closed her eyes. As soon she entered the land of dreams, she saw Mike waiting for her at a huge lake. She walked to him and when he wrapped his arms around her, she felt that she was different. Not only had she wings and a tail, also she was pregnant. Pregnant from his child. Elsbeth smiled in her sleep and couldn't do anything else than feeling happy. In the dream it didn't even was weird for her that she had a tail and wings. She was with Mike, and that is where she belonged.

Mike was in his cave sleeping in Dragon form as he reserved his powers so he could spend as long as he could with Elsbeth tomorrow, he was actually looking forward to the dance tomorrow as it would give him a better idea of seeing all the town's people. He would also get to see Nayra Human dragon hating husband who Mike wanted to help change his views of dragons/

The next day!

Elsbeth woke up and a maid made her a hot bath. She sat long in it while two maids where helping her one with washing her hair and the other with doing her nails already. ''Oh.. Sometimes I feel more a princess on my birthday than on any other day'' she said while she relaxed. She only thought about Mike and hoped he would be in town soon. She knew that all the town people where surprised that she wanted to celebrate her birthday with them this time. She also knew that they had made the town extra clean and the square looking extra good.

After the bath, she made herself ready for breakfast. She entered the breakfast hall and saw that all the royals had arrived already. She greeted all of them and took her place at the long table, next to her father. ''Happy Birthday my Princess'' her father said and smiled. ''Today we will celebrate your birthday in the throne room, am I right?'' he said. Elsbeth sighed and stood straight, she knew that not any royal knew her plans jet. She took her spoon and glass and got their attention. ''Good morning everybody. I am honored to see that everybody came to Draconia, Kingdom of Dragons, for my birthday. I'll turn nineteen years old and because I am adult now, I decided to celebrate my birthday with everybody. Not just with all of you.. The Lunch, Diner and Dance will be on the Square. The people of the town are allowed to come.. And in a protest to my father, since he wanted me to marry someone I do not love. I will Not dance with any of the Royal family'' she said. After she was finished, she sat down and started to eat her breakfast.

Mike was up early as the dragon growled a little as he stretched out his body before he then nodded to himself and took on human form once more. Mike flexed his body a few more times before he grab his suit and packed it in a bag. He then went to the town square where he breathed in the scent of the morning dew. He looked around seeing all the decoration that had been put up for Elsbeth birthday. He hummed a little tune to himself as he walked
