Well I don't see why they can't have the same mother, maybe one of them were born at a different time. And we do not know if you are accepted or not. Key hasn't made his final choice, so I would say wait until he says something before changing anything.

It kinda messes with my character's back story and depiction of Quinn. I don't wanna be uptight but its first come first serve.

He makes his cards out of plastic ATM cards, metal sheets like silver or cold iron, slips of wood from various trees, If given the time, he will always inscribe symbols of power upon the surface, even if it is so risky as to use his own blood, but a sharpie is easier.

I asked about any lantern corps of any color still being around after darkseid, but didn't get a response so then I noticed a lack of magic. All in all think of him like an arcane batman, an incantation for every occasion.
