Yeah I can understand you don't want something like MachineDramon Blast : Target Digimon gets MachineDramon's Giga Cannon. That said would these cards be okay? Made up Generator: Increases the power of Elecmon's next electric attack. Sticky net: Allows Elecmon to copy Wormmon and use Sticky Net. Canon but with description edited to work on Elecmon Hyper Wing: Gives Elecmon the ability to fly using white wings. Alias!: Creates a clone of Elecmon to take an attack at the cost of energy Power: Increases Elecmon's power.

Yeah dude, even the machinedramon's giga canon would be fine IF you use it on like Elecmon's higher evolution or something. If a card is overpowered for a rookie, it might not be for say a mega. You know? And those cards seem pretty fine to me.
