I don't really see 15 minutes as that long in the RP/anime world.

Allright, the time it takes for a climatic fight seen should be enough for a quick training montauge and discussion? I could describe it in detail, but I'd rather not have to. If it was a show, if they showed it, it would be the sound of them discussing it over a few shots of them practising the maneuvers. It wont be much, but it will keep them from yelling at eachother about it. So, when are they going to figure out the cards? when would you like it? because these two are going train into the night while on watch, Xander doesn't sleep much anyway and it'll give others a cance to get rest. Allthogh a transfer will probably be aranged, these two idiots will probly just not take them up on it. But I digress, if they can learn how to use the cards it might be a good time for them to. It could be interesting, if they get engrossed in training with the cards and 'forget' to wake up the next watch. Then they would tell everyone, and they would be pretty excited, but they would look a bit off from sleep deprovation. Xander would probly carry Candlemon the rest of the day, then pass out for an hour or two untill candlemon wakes him up.

15 minutes is not enough for training or a montage. Maybe some discussion on future plans but not training. A montage seems short but it essentially is used to span very long periods of time.

Alright but just remember Xander and candle mom won't have had time to do anything substantial and idk about the others but Dorian andimpmon will still object to Xander trying To fight Digimon.

Of course, it's just going to be his thing. I think I'll find a way to use cannon to make it so theirs a card that makes him powerful enough to fight Digimon himself

Yeah, I'm 90% sure there isn't a way for the cards to effect humans with the exception bio-merging digimon and human.
But don't worry other things will come into play when I say so.
