Well, me and Notdead are technically assistant GMs , so I can also take a look at it if Light isn't online right now. I'm not sure about being able to accept characters, but I can give you some pointers.

I just took a look at your CS, and I've got a few tips for you. Overall, your CS is just too short and vague. You need to elaborate more on pretty much everything, and your spelling is a major issue as well. Other than that, I really like the concept, it's the most unique of them all so far. As it is right now, however, I wouldn't give your character the go-ahead.

Schradinger, looks good. The "Other" section was just for you to add anything else you deem relevant. It's not needed to play.

22xander, I need to agree with Daglobster. The concept is appealing, but even in Casual tier rp's, your grammar and content are vital. Don't fret though, you'll have all the time and chances to get your CS up to par.

Does that mean I have to get it up to par before I may start?

Yes, you can revise your CS as much as you like, but it will need a good amount of revision before it's play-ready. I hope that denying your CS in it's current state doesn't come off as harsh, that's not my intended tone at all. I'm simply the kind of person who doesn't sugar-coat things.

Um, I don't know if I missed something here, but how did Herriman miss Mifune, Dral? Mifune was off the ground (so he couldn't dodge at that moment). Mifune was moving backwards, and Herriman's swing was aimed at the center of his body (right at the spine), and he was coming from directly behind him, with the swing already halfway completed (and aimed) when he reappeared. Even if Herriman just held his axe out, Mifune's jump trajectory would have taken him back first into the blade.

Remember, Herriman didn't just turn invisible, he phased himself out of the material world. Mifune wouldn't have heard an incoming swing, and even if he had, you usually don't hear a swing incoming until it's about halfway through and with Herriman reappearing mid-swing, there would have been no sound.

For one Herriman cant THINK fast enough to phase exactly as he was struck, for two you didn't specify at which point in a leap. Mifune leaped twice the first time closing the second time dodging anyway. For a third point being able to phase out of the realm is fine but teleporting directly behind someone who already struck you is OP and GMing a little bit. Also Mifune is a werewolf and has been fighting since the Edo period and Herriman is a berserker so Herriman would be heard the minute the axe began to move there is no such thing as a slient swing.

There's also the issue of timing. Realistically (that is, taking his speed into account) Mifune would be long done with the second leap by the time Herriman reappeared half a second after phasing out. Let's say Mifune can travel at least 500 mph, as I did earlier when trying to work out just how fast he'd have to move to appear invisible to a human eye. If that's the case, he could travel over 350 feet in the time it took Herriman to phase back in. That would put Herriman in front of Mifune and facing away when he re-appears.

I also have a question. Can Herriman still see when he's in this nonexistent phase state? If so, how?

For one, Herriman is a warrior who's fought to prove himself to his god for around a century. He's also got the help of those mutated eyes. He didn't disappear as he was struck, he disappeared just before. It also helps that he was totally expecting Mifune to swing. Remember that the blind charge was only an act, in order to get Mifune to strike him so Herriman could counter.

for two, I DID specify. Herriman came back in as Mifune was in halfway through the leap. Halfway, as in you've reached your peak height from the leap, you've got your feet off the ground, and are just about to start coming down. If you thought halfway into the preparation of the leap, you were mistaken.

Thirdly, Herriman had been building the energy to phase out for two rounds, and he was helped by the fact that Mifune decided to take actions to slow his charge even more. He did the same move against Priroda at full strength, and she managed to avoid it, so don't say it's OP. Also, unless if you can specify the point where I Godmodded (as in, took control of your character against your will), I'm pretty damn sure I didn't. You're just throwing around words like OP and GMing to make me sound like the bad guy here.

Also, being a samurai doesn't give you the magical powers of hearing the swings of a less disciplined fighter when they appear mid-swing. Once an object starts moving in the air, it starts to produce noise, and that noise builds up. In this case, Herriman's axe comes in halfway through a swing, starts to build up noise as soon as it enters (damn near silent, sinc it literally just appeared) and then it build up the noise associated with a sword swing as it moves. I never implied Herriman's swing was silent, but by the time you hear it, it's probably already hit you. Also, we're not fighting in a silent environment, remember there's a giant ass cheering crowd.

Champion

Name: Anthony

Age: Looks like late 20's, but has lived for hundreds of years

Sex: Male

Appearance: (I couldn't find a picture.) Humanoid, exactly 6'. Medium build, with blue spikey-ish hair, a black bandana to keep his hair out of his face, tanned skin, and a bare chest and abdoman. Dark brown pants with a black belt similar to the bandana on his head. No shoes.

Powers/Skills/Weaponry: Despite his lack of armor, Anthony is extremely durable. His skin is as tougher than tempered steel, and protected against some magic. Anthony wields an indestructible scythe around 1-and-1/2' long, which can be stored in a safe place and summoned at will at any time. He also has a bow and quiver with an infinite number of arrows. This also has the same summoning and storage ability. His scythe and arrows aren't normal, though. They are extremely sharp and the arrows fly very fast, and both have the ability to charge to different kinds of magic. Once a magic type has been used, it cannot be re-used for a minute. They are as follows:
Fire, creates an inferno one landed.
Ice, freezes the target for a short period of time.
Earth, slows the target for about twice as long as the ice magic lasts.
Wind, create (Very powerful) random gusts of wind around the target.
Sun, blind the target for a short period.
Moon, cause whoever was hit to hallucinate for a short time.
Lightning, summon a lightning bolt near the target.
Rain, an immense amount of water appears near the target.

Deity

Name: Beth

Sex: Female

Appearance: (Again, no picture. Sorry.) Beth has a beautiful face, with emerald-green eyes and light brown hair extending to her knees. She wears a simple white cloth garb and an amulet with a sapphire around her neck.

Domains: Harvest, farming, hunting, food, the seasons, the weather.

Combined

Alignment: Neutral. Very simply, enjoy life to the fullest, and do what you must to survive.

History: Beth came into power through a divine ritual, one that once she used, could not become undone by any means. And strangely, all information (Books, scrolls, etc.) regarding this ritual vanished soon after Beth attained her godly form. She began manipulating the behavior of plants, animals and weather, just to mess with the other gods. This led to the creations of the seasons, farming and hunting. The other gods didnt like this, though, and so Beth created Anthony to battle for control for her. Anthony has lost his fair share of battles, but his only battles to date are against creatures that Beth creates.
