3. Yes, this IS based off of Capcom's videogame franchise.
5. Be respectful, not racist, etc.
6. No trolling or flaming.
7. Please keep everything to a PG-13 level, I will accept something in between PG-13 and Rated M; right in the middle; no exceptions
8. There are no "roles" and you can and will not play as Street Fighter characters, I will be controlling them, you make your own character.

Two years after the death of M. Bison and the defeat of S.I.N's CEO; Seth. These evil-doers have been silent for quiet a while ever since the last Martial Artist tournament, though things are too quiet, there are talks that M. Bison is still alive but keeping hidden from everyone, including S.I.N. In these two years, famous martial artists such as Ryu or Chun-Li have begun taking apprentices, to teach them their ways and to help them become great martial artists themselves; there was peace within the martial artist world for two years.
Rose, both an Italian street fighter and fortune teller has begun to see bad things happening, including the remains of M. Bison and the reconstruction of a new Psycho Drive; Psycho Drive XYZ which is supposed to power someone's Psycho power by a thousand times of what it normally is. Rose began to spread this news to her comrades quietly as now different martial artists are taking sides as if a martial artist war were brewing....there is the Psycho Cult which believes in M.Bison still being alive and await his command and then there is the Freedom Fighters, not an original name but something that describes them well...but then there are those called the Freelancers...those neutral who are not taking in any part of this martial artist war....with only two years of practice with your new mentor and your previous experience, you must choose your side, and fight for that side...it's time to become a true Street Fighter!

How this is gonna workI've made a SIMPLE level-up system as you seen in the character sheets and to tell you immediately: You do NOT have to worry about this, I WILL be in charge of everything but here is the info I will be going by: You need
ten experience points to get to the next level, everytime you level up I will notify you via PM or on the OOC, your choice.
-Two Experience points for fighting against each other or against NPC fighters
-Five Experience points for fighting Street Fighter characters (Balrog, Akuma, etc)
-Seven Experience points for an important boss battle (Ryu, M.Bison, Seth, etc)

Once you accumalate 10 EXP points, you reset that "counter" back to zero and up your level by one, as i said before I will notify you via OOC or PM what you have earned that level. PLEASE keep track of this as it will help me a LOT!
