[IC] Final Academy

[The One]

11.00PM

"Two hours to go, and not a single one is here yet but they will come, they have nowhere else to go to train their powers, so it's either come and master their power or let it control them. They have two more hours. For now, I'd best go get those students who can't make their own way here."

Arkanite went off to wait at the docking bay and airport. He stood tall as he watched every boat and plane that came through. The last boat would soon arrive. He checked his watch and then sighed, it was time to collect the students who had no transport.

11.10

Arkanite first went to a desert which Gaara lived. He promised him to get rid of the beast within him if he joined the academy, and when he accepted, he transported him to the academy. Arkanite then went to go get Shela at the cave, he promised her power to protect herself and those who she loved, he transported her to the academy when she accepted his offer he teleported to the academy. Lastly, it was Rika, he simply offered him control of his powers, and to become stronger, then when he accepted, he teleported back with him.

11.35

Arkanite smiled, it was almost time for the others to arrive, he looked at the others who he had collected and then sent them off to the grand hall, making sure they were safe, He waited at the docking bay and airport for everyone to arrive, as he did, he let the receptionists deal with the early birds.

12:00

Miarikia

Miarikia was currently on the way to the academy now. She was in fact waiting on the final boat which would be setting off to the academy. She didn't see many people on the boat though. She shrugged, she didn't care anyway. It wouldn't change the fact that she was going to go there to become stronger and be able to control the demons that she took possession of. She sat down and closed her eyes, simply relaxing herself while she waited for the boat to set sail.

Rika

Rika was taken to the academy personally by Arkanite. Once he arrived, he gasped at the size of the academy. It was huge. He then looked around, and in the distance, he saw an old abandoned building, which seemed to be all chained up. He wondered though, what on earth could be in that building? Was that the building which Arkanite was meant of locked down? He shrugged and went to sit in reception to wait for the others.

Fianciona

Fianciona wanted to personally meet everyone who she would be teaching. She knew that some people would be taking the boat. So, she decided to take it herself, there, she would at least meet some students who was going to the academy. After all, it was a private boat just for the academy, so, she knew nobody else would be going on it other than the students. She walked over to the boat calmly, and sat herself down, seeing only a few students on it at the moment. She decided to watch them for now, and to see if anyone else came to join. Bulbason simply floated next to her, waiting for any commands she would give.

Gaara

Gaara was another one who was taken directly to the academy. He held his teddy bear tightly as he looked around the academy. He slowly walked around towards the reception although, he saw no dead, or spirits or anything the like. He thought that Arkanite had killed all the demons and evil. He shook his head, it was probably just because he wasn't anywhere near the old abandoned building. After all, that is where they all resided. He sat, waiting in reception with Rika, although not sat with him.

Shela

Shela was the last student who was taken directly to the academy. She looked around shyly, she held her stuffed toy tightly as she wondered why she was doing here, She had no power, she was useless, she was weak. How could she get power if she had none in the first place? She sighed, and simply sat down for now. She couldn't get her room key until it hit 1:00 and until after the first assembly. She hoped it would hurry.

Korto

Korto was another who was going by sea. She waited on the boat patiently, with of course, Silva. She looked to him, and then looked around the boat. There were a few interesting people on the boat. She smiled slightly, she found it quite exciting. She wanted to get there, so she could become stronger, but the thought of meeting many others who had powers just made her excited. They would certainly make great allies and friends. Of course, with her she had Daénix, who was sat down between Silva and herself.

Sekhemi

Sekhemi knew that most people would take the boat to the academy, and so, that is what he would be taking, simply because, he wanted to see who he would be fighting and competing against. He walked onto the boat and looked over everyone. So far, he saw nobody interesting. He closed his eyes and shook his head. Was it even worth going? After all, the only reason he was coming to this academy was to find some decent challengers. He looked up and sat down on his own, as he would watch everyone else come on the boat.

Sapphire and Ruby

The two sisters were already on the boat waiting. Sapphire suggested flying over to the academy, and Ruby agreed, it would be faster, but she simple refused. After all, she wanted to meet those who she would be working with. Sapphire sighed, she was getting quite annoyed waiting for this damn boat to set sail. While Ruby, she was all patient. She was watching everyone come on, and smiling to them pleasantly. Sapphire didn't care about meeting new people, or making new friends. All she cared about was making herself known to everyone, and oh, she had so many ways of doing that. She smiled, and just laughed a little as she began going through all the plans through her head. This could easily be seen as insane, since she was just laughing for no reason, and it wasn't exactly a pleasant laugh. Ruby knew exactly what her sister was thinking, but she ignored it for now. She wouldn't let her sister do anything too evil while they were there. She just wanted to keep an eye on her sister and become stronger.

[PharaohAtem]

Kiera

Kiera was making her final preparations to leave. Making sure Hazeal had everything in order so she could lead their people while Kiera and Kuro were gone. Once she was done she went to check on her brother to see what was taking him so long. He seemed to be talking to his pet about the academy and lost track of time. Kiera walked up behind Kuro who was laying on his bed with Yoruichi sitting on his chest. Kiera began to get angry, and set the bed on fire forcing both of them to jump out of the bed before they were burnt. Once Kuro fell to the floor, Kiera grabbed his tail and dragged him out of the room while giving him a lecture on how a good king does not keep people waiting for longer than he has to and deferentially not to lay on his ass talking to his pet. Once out of the room she continued to drag him down the stairs and back to Hazeal as she know they were leaving and said goodbye, she then cast a teleportation spell taking her, Kuro and Yoruichi to the academies front door. Once there Kiera took a look around seeing a few people in reception she walked in still holding Kuro's tail and went in to join the group. Once there she grabbed Kuro by his collar and yanked him off the ground standing him up as she said,

"You wanted to meet the other students, well here they are."

With that she took a seat in the corner keeping an eye on her brother and the other students with him.

Silva

Silva stood with Korto waiting for the boat to set sail. He was accompanied by a few spirits who were all relatively happy that is until Sapphire and Sekhemi entered the boat. The spirits took a Immediate dislike to them telling Silva they had an evil aura surrounding them and warning him to either stay away or be careful when around them. Silva then made it appoint to keep a close eye on them for Korto's safety. He also informed Korto of what the spirits had told him.

Faith and Wraith

Faith and Wraith were looking forward to the first day of the academy so they could finally find their younger brother. On the first day of the academy they both transformed and flew right there getting there before anyone else. They both sat on the roof waiting for their brother to arrive. They saw Arkanite teleporting back and forth bringing students to the academy without paying him much attention that is until they sensed the presence of another Seraphim. They both immediately looked over to him, and saw their brother. He walked inside to the reception. Faith and Wraith jumped off the roof and walked inside but before introducing themselves they wanted to see if their brother could sense them, so they stood and waited near the entrance.

Kuro

Kuro was talking to Yoruichi about the academy, and how great it would be to meet everyone, and make new friends, when suddenly, Kiera came in and set his bed on fire. He grabbed Yoruichi and jumped off. He was then suddenly grabbed by the tail and dragged down the stairs, ow, that hurt. He was soon teleported to the academy and dragged to the reception. He rubbed his head after all the bumps he had after being dragged here. He listened to his sister and nodded slowly. At least he would get to meet new people and make new friends. He watched how she sat in the corner, when she did, he looked around to everyone. wondering who to approach, he quickly took notice of Gaara and walked over, sitting next to him.

"Hello, so, you too must be a new student here. I'm Kuro, who are you?"

He smiled happily, and looked over to his sister, he didn't understand why she was watching him, it wasn't like he was going to get into trouble here.

Llium was on the boat. She stood there waiting for it to set sail as she held her staff. She didn't pay attention to anyone who was on the boat. She didn't care about anyone who was on the boat but herself. She sighed, it would probably be a while longer until the boat would actually set sail. She looked around a little and then laid herself down. She really couldn't be bothered with standing up and waiting for the boat to set sail.

Cyber was currently on the boat waiting for it to set sail. She was paying attention to everyone on the boat. She seen quite a few interesting people. She sat down gently as she yawned. It had been awhile though. She hoped the boat would set sail soon. She wanted to get to the academy and master her powers. She couldn't wait, the academy was going to be amazing.

Dante decided to fly there, it would be so much faster and easier, and he really couldn't be bothered to take a stupid boat. Once he finally reached the academy, he landed safely and then deactivated the watch. For now, he wanted to his super powered armor a secret. He walked to reception and looked around, seeing only a few students around. He sat down and yawned, now waiting for the first assembly to start so he could get his room key.

Kreia was already on the boat, she was now just waiting for it to set sail. As she did she watched everyone come onto the boat. She found some of the students quite interesting. She smiled, she couldn't wait to get to the academy and start teaching the students there. She had seen the academy a little, and from what she had seen, it looked pretty amazing. She looked to the entrance, seeing if anyone else would be coming onto the boat.

[The One]

Rika

Rika looked around slowly as he sensed something new and weird, he didn't know what it was, since he had never sensed anything like it before. He stood up slowly, and closed his eyes. He had no idea what it was, but he wasn't dreaming or anything. He could definitely sense something. He couldn't put his finger on it, he couldn't sense it's location, it was clear that he was struggerling with this. He sat back down, but now keeping an eye on everybody, wondering who or what it was that he could sense.

Gaara

Gaara looked to Kuro with evil eyes. Just by looking at him, anyone could see that he was different from the rest. He stared at Kuro at some time, listening to what he said. Why was this kid talking to him? There were plenty of others he could talk to, so he wondered, why did the kid choose to talk to him? He clenched his fist slightly, and took a deep breath, he didn't trust him.

"Get away from me!"

His voice clearly had a tint of evil in it as he spoke to Kuro.

Marc stood at the bow of the boat, looking into the distance. He looked like a regular eighteen year old guy. The one thing that stood out most was a particularly nasty looking scar around his neck. The other thing was an absent-minded look, the same as someone who has been daydreaming and wasn't in the moment anymore. This was true even more so for Marc, as he really wasn't there. Of course, his body was, but his mind and soul were in a completely different place.

In fact his spirit form was cruising right beneath the boat, looking at the wonders of underwater life. A school of fish swam 'through him' peacefully. He quickly materialized in the form of a shark and laughed as the fish darted away in complete and utter panic. His corporeal body heard someone ask him to move, so he made his way back to his body. Inside his own body again, he smiled apologetically and moved aside.

[Draconilian]

"Well, we finally made it," Philip touched down on the docks of the academy, with his sister right beside him. He glanced around and took stock of their surroundings "Looks like we aren't the only arrivals, looks like those boats are full of students too." The angelic duo turned around to get a better look, the boats were probably ten minutes out. Philip turned around and started going inland, clearly looking to get a head start, but his sister grabbed him by the arm.

"Philip! We should probably wait, I think two students showing up early would be frowned upon." Kerra didn't actually know if they could go in early or not, but she didn't want to draw special attention to themselves. Quite the opposite to her brother. "Come on, there's a bench over there, nobody will care if we wait a bit." Normally Philip wouldn't let somebody tell him what to do like that, but he had quite a soft spot for his sister. "Okay" he said with a slight smirk, they sat down together on the bench and watched the boats.

Philip began to idly create and dismiss orbs of light, bouncing them between his hands, occasionally changing the colors. They weren't solid, though they could be with enough effort. Suddenly one changed to a bright pink and flew straight into his face, with enough force he could feel it. He glared over at Kerra who couldn't suppress a giggle.

[Dead Cruiser]

Kikuchiyo

As the boat docked at the academy and the students shuffled off of it and onto the dock, cargo of apparently great value was being unloaded. A team of no less than six muscular sailors carried on their shoulders an enormous steel crate. It was ornately patterned, and vaguely resembled a coffin in its shape. Most notable upon its side was an engraving of a chrysanthemum flower, painted a dark red. The lid was tightly shut, latched on by locked bolts that had seemingly no apparatus with which to unlock them. The sailors strained their way into carrying the massive box into the grand hall of the Academy, whereupon it was set heavily on the ground with a great thud.

Without warning, the latches snapped open and the hinged lid creaked open. From the box, which was apparently lined with dark velvet, emerged a tremendous figure. No less than six feet tall with a thick, muscular physique, his long coat billowed out behind him as the heavy chain hanging from his collar loudly jangled. Bright blue eyes swept over the hall, but his stony expression did not so much as twitch.

"What a pain in the ass." he grumbled.

Retrieving a packet and a lighter from his pants pocket, he lit up a cigarette as he continued to observe the goings-on of the hall. He paid particular attention to the various students, noting what they appeared to be and what they seemed to be capable of. His shadow rippled, and a young girl floated up out of it. No older than seven or eight with lengthy blonde hair, flashing golden eyes and an empty expression, she wore nothing other than a dirty, torn dress slip and an obnoxious aviator's helmet. Her bare feet padding on the floor, she walked up to stand beside the man who towered over her.

"Pay close attention, Cheri-chan." He murmured without looking at her.

Aeka Therion

Unlike the majority, Aeka took the most direct route to the academy possible. Instead of going from point A to point B, she made the two points metaphysically identical and then chose to be at one rather than the other. Such was teleportation. A very simple feat. With a flash of green light and a crackle of electricity, she willed herself into existence within the grand hall.

She was here for a very specific reason, and had to get her registration done posthaste. There was no time to be mucking about. However, she was quite unsure of where to go. Her pride wouldn't allow her to ask any of her fellow classmates, and as such she was content to wander around in confusion, perhaps idly scanning a mind or two for a hint as to where she was meant to complete her paperwork.

[Penguin]

Alcina wasn't much of a boat person. She tended to get sea sick. Luckily, she had an alternative route. Once she had reached the docks, her features began to shift and twist into that of a small bird. She flapped her wings and gained air, soaring over the arriving boats and to the school. Her features changed back into that of a brunette in a white dress as her feet touched the dock. Aly stole a quick glance at the other students who seemed to arrive here early then averted her eyes to watch the other boats float in. She was excited to see what the academy had to offer but at the same time she was fearful.

[The One]

1:00

It was time for the first assembly of the year, The final boat and set sail and finally arrived at the academy. Arkanite teleported to the grand hall, and then walked up onto the stage. There, he looked onto some of the students. He knew that some students were in the reception, or simply wondering around lost. He smiled, and raised his hand, and suddenly, all the students and teachers who was on the academy grounds, were teleported in the Grand Hall. It was huge. It was about the size of a football pitch. He looked upon all the students who were now gathered in the Grand Hall.

"Welcome everybody! I, am none other than The Grand Master, Arkanite! This, is Final Academy! I am so pleased so many of you have joined today. I promise, that by the end of all of this, you will become so much stronger than you already are. The training will be hard and tiring. It won't be easy, I understand if some of you want to leave. If not, then I will continue. This is the training room. There are no fights allowed in the academy, unless it is done in here with a supervisor. The reason why, is simple. This is the only room which can handle the fighting. Of course, there are limitations. You may fight but you are not allowed to kill. I am allowing this, so you students can fight out your anger and rage you have towards each other. Now, the first thing on our agenda is to introduce yourself and see what you can all do. Show me, and everyone else your powers please. Feel free to keep some of your powers secret, I understand not wanting to show them all but you must show, at least one. Go ahead, who will be first?"

He smiled, looking at all the students, waiting for the first of them to step up and introduce themselves.

Miarikia

Miarikia was suddenly teleported to the grand hall, she looked around and then listened to Arkanite. She nodded and stood up first onto the stage and looked upon all the students. She knew she wouldn't be able to use her demonic possession just yet, so, she decided to keep that one a secret, but, her other powers she had no problem with showing them off. She smiled once again, she wondered though, what were all the other students powers? She figured she won't see everything they had. She got ready to introduce herself by clearing her throat.

"Hello my fellow students, my name is Miarikia. My main power is magic, but, there is something special I can do with that magic, it is called Demonic Possession, it is where I can take possession of a demon, but in doing so, I take on their personality and appearance, which is why, I will not be showing you that power today. So, I will show you my other powers."

She then rose up some targets from the floor, as she did, she teleported behind the targets and then flung her hands in the air, suddenly, the targets were covered in fire, she teleported back to to stage, and froze the fire while it was still burning, lastly, she made the ground raise up, and crush the targets. Once she was done, she bowed and jumped down.

Rika

Rika was suddenly teleported, although he could still sense something weird, he watched Miarikia preform, she was very impressive. He slowly approached the stage and looked on to the crowd. He took a deep breath and smiled at everyone. He still wore the bandages around his eye like he always did. It was clear that he was nervous, after all, he was looking down to the floor, not saying anything. Arkanite was the one who got him to speak, by tapping him on the back. He looked up with another shy smile.

"My name is Rika. I am a Seraphim, and, I don't know what else you want to know, but, I am only five million years old which is very young for a Seraphim. I only have two powers, and, well, here they are I guess."

He smiled shyly, those who were good at lying would be able to tell his last statement was a lie. He closed his eye and then suddenly, a earth hand came up and rose him up from the ground, suddenly bandages from his sleeves began to wrap around the roof of the room, he jumped off and swung over everyone's head, he let go and as he was about to hit the floor, a storm cloud appeared and caught him mid air. He smiled, and got off.

Fianciona

Fianciona clapped when Rika showed off his powers, she could easily tell he was lying, but she didn't care. She stood up onto the stage and gave a small bow. Beside her was her pet Bulbason. She looked to him as he floated next to her. She looked back to the crowd with a calm smile.

"Hello everyone. Welcome to the academy. I am one of the teachers here. I, am a Dark Angel. I have many different forms, each one becoming stronger and stronger. Other than my human form I have three other forms. Each one increasing my power of my human form so as you might imagine, I am not one to be messing with. This, is my pet Bulbason. I honestly don't know what he is. He just found me one day, and I helped him. Ever since we been together. Anyway. My powers, watch closely."

She took out her book, and flipped it over to a blank page. She then picked grabbed a pencil. She smiled, and drew a rose. Once she did, she showed everyone. It looked like a normal drawing in every way, then, she reached in the drawing and picked up the rose. She walked over to Kerra and gave her the rose. Suddenly, she was covered in darkness, the entire room went pitch black, and when the lights came back on, she was on the stage again. She bowed, then disappeared again, this time, a mini tornado appeared in the middle of the crowd, in it was Fianciona.

Gaara

Gaara nodded watching everyone show off their powers. He then walked up onto stage and stared everyone, his stare was so dead, so emotionless. He didn't speak at all. He held out his hand, and there, a fireball appeared in his hand. Then he held out his other hand, and with the fire ball, he went to press it into his arm, of course, sand quickly covered his whole arm, and protected it from the incoming fireball. He dropped his arms and jumped down, still not bothering to introduce himself.

Shela

Shela watched as he last person didn't introduce themselves at all, he was so creepy. She looked around and slowly made her way up onto the stage. She looked down shyly and gave a sad sigh. She didn't know what she was going to do, it was so bad, she was the only one who had no powers, as always, she was just a burden, she was just weak and useless, nothing had changed.

"My name is Shela. I have no powers. Sorry. I not sure how long I will be here for, since, I don't have anything to show. I will probably be a burden to everyone, I will just get in everyone's way. I'm sorry."

She jumped down softly and walked back into the crowd.

Korto

Korto watched Shela, and shook her head, no, she was wrong. She would not be here if she had no powers. She walked up onto the stage and then looked upon everyone. She was very interested in everyone so far, she liked everyone's powers. She looked to Silva, and nodded to him, then back to everyone else. Beside her stood Daénix. She stroked him a little and smiled.

"Call me Korto and beside me stands my favorite friend, who has always been here with me. Daénix, he has been a pet of the tribe for many years. My powers are nothing to be amazed at, but. I simply control the elements."

She rose her hands and then slammed them down, suddenly a huge gust of wind knocked everyone over, she then sent fire blasts all across the walls but not a single scratch or burn was left on it. She then flipped off the stage and stood back with Silva with Daénix.

Sekhemi

Sekhemi huffed, pathetic, everyone of them, especially the Shela. He barged through everyone and got onto the stage. Then, without warning, he forced everyone to their knees by increasing the gravity so much, they could not stand. He stood tall as he stared everyone down. He laughed a little, watching all the pathetic students, kneeling before him.

"My name is Sekhemi! Bow before your Pharaoh, you low life peasants. You do not have the honor or right to see my true strength. After all, you are nothing to me. I am a Pharaoh while all you are just low life worms. If you wish to see what I have, then prove to be a challenge, and I may show you."

He jumped down and walked back into the crowd, finally lifting the gravity control.

Sapphire and Ruby

The two sisters were forced to their knees, but Sapphire would not take it, her eye glowed a luminous blue. She then canceled the gravity around her and stood up. When she did, she watched as Sekhemi finished. She suddenly felt the gravity turn back to normal around everyone else. She then walked onto the stage with her sister Ruby, When they reached the stage Sapphire looked upon everyone.

"My name is Sapphire, I am a queen, but please, don't compare me to the all and mighty Pharaoh there. This, is my sister, Ruby. Watch closely."

She rose herself up and as she did her eye glowed a luminous blue once again, she then picked her sister up with her. She then let themselves float back to the floor. She held out her hand to create a small dark energy ball, finally, she gave a small laugh, and then transformed into her final transformation. She gave a loud roar, when she was done, she transformed back to her human form, she walked back into the crowd while Ruby stayed.

"Hello, my name is Ruby, but, please. No need to treat me any different from anyone else. I may be royalty, but, I am still human. I am the same as everyone else. My powers are the same as my sisters, expect, I can control the elements too."

She smiled, and then bowed. She then went off the stage and into the crowd once more.

Marc

Marc watched as the students climbed up and down the stage, each showing off their powers. He was very impressed and bewildered by all these powers. It had only been 6 years since he knew of this kind of stuff and some here were even 5 million years old! He looked around and noticing the pause of people climbing the stage he gathered he might as well introduce himself.

He climbed the stage, put on a big and rather characteristic smile and waved to his fellow students. "Hello, my name is Marc Specter and I'm dead." For effect he let his body topple over and crash into the crowd, while his spectral form, looking exactly the same, but with an eerie blue glow, still stood in the same spot. "Luckily, I'm also a ghost. So, I'm not that dead. I can pretty much do everything a ghost should be able to do. Changing shape, intangible, invisible and possessing bodies. I can also create and manipulate ectoplasm, a ghost substance that is mostly unaffected by the laws of nature."

His body stood up and his spectral flew of the stage and back into his body. He smiled at the person standing next to him and made his way back to his old spot.

[TheMystic]

Jedidiah watched as the ghostly fellow spoke loudly into the crowed. A rather larger number of students had already presented their powers, and gave a brief introduction of who they are. Jedidiah thought if didn't go up on the stage now, he would be forced to when there isn't anybody els left to introduce. His hands started to sweat, and his throat dried near instantly. He was nervous. Speaking in front of large crowds of people was only one of the many fears Jedidiah had to face, He hated being the center of attention, especially when forced. "I have to go up...1 minute, it only takes 1 minute." Jedidiah whispered to himself as he calmed his shaky body. Th ghost boy's introduction came to an abrupt end, and Jed's breathing became quick and shallow. "I have to get this over with, now is the best time." He started to walk to the stage before anybody els could. He walked up the steps to the stage, the wood creaking under every step he took, helping drowned out his negative emotions..

He got to center stage and spook clearly," M-My name is Jedidiah and I am a human. This is my pet Beanie, He a dragon." He hesitated before continuing, "I-I have the power to control my blood in anyway i see fit. Here's a demonstration." Jed paused before showing off his freakish power.

Jedidiah reached into his pocket pulling out a small, blood stained razor blade that looked like it came from a box opener. He brought his right hand up, and held it so his palm was facing the crowed. He dug the unsanitary blade into his hand, breaking the skin and letting blood spill out. He clenched his right hand once he felt the red liquid drip onto his forearm. The blood stopped running and rose off his skin. He bent his fingers in different way, almost as if he was kneading something. His airborne blood twisted and turned, moving into different patterns and shapes. His blood continued to move, than it quickly stopped and morphed into a life-size replica of Beanie, the dragon sitting on his shoulder. The dark red blood, stood in mid air for a few seconds as Jedidiah walked off stage. After a few seconds the floating blood dropped to the floor, splashing out in different directions. Jed wasn't sure if it got on anybody, but he didn't really care. His turn was over, and he was relieved.
