She put the movie on, and a good day to die hard started to play. Kalinda hadn't yet had a chance to watch it, so this was a perfect opportunity.

Anthony shakes his head as he walks outside carrying a radio and a few CDs. "I don't think that's a good idea. We'll be outside anyway, so they can come with us." He gets the white tigers attention and snaps his fingers twice. After stretching briefly, the tiger begins to follow Anthony, and its siblings follow it. He takes Sue's hand in his and leads her to the covered patio behind his house. He sets the radio on the table and turns it on. He asks Sue with a smile, "Shall we?"

Sue took off her headphones. She fluffed her hair and let it hang down, covering half her face. She placed her left hand on his hip, and intertwined her right hand fingers with his, raised up high.

She mouthed: “Ohh Lala. How about you guide me?”

She put the movie on, and started to play. Kalinda hadn't yet had a chance to watch it, so this was a perfect opportunity.

The title grabbed Griffins attention. He had heard of the Die Hard movies but had never seen one. He was glad Kalinda had picked a movie that would interest him. He leaned forward totally absorbed in the movie.

Kalinda glanced over at his movement, and smiled slightly. She turned her attention back to the movie, grabbing a handful of popcorn

Anthony smiles as he replies quietly, "It'd be my pleasure." He begins dancing, guiding her through the first tango dance he had learned as a sixteen year orld.

I don't really know how it works. But I can show you. Unfolding the clothes she put them on over what she was wearing. They were way too big for her and she had to draw up the sleeves to use her hands. She picked up the couple other items and set then in loops on the provided belt. Lastly she grabbed an oblong object off the ground. She had to turn it over a few times before she figured out how she should hold it. Ready?

Ben sticks to the wall of the ship by his feet, rests on his heels, and laces his fingers under his chin. He leans forward slightly and nods as he answers, "Whenever you are."

Estella nods back and activates the device. But it doesn't go like she though it would. The front half split and hooked back around her hands. Before she could even think about letting go she felt prongs pierce her hands. She would have yelled out in pain but she didn't have the voice.

The device emitted a light and scanned Estella, Ben, and everything else around them. Quickly modifying the serum it contained the concoction was injected into Estella's hands. Having preformed its function it released Estella from its grip and disintegrated into the floor.

with her hands free she pulled them close and wring her hands she had no idea what just happened and her expression gave that away. What the hell? I never seen that before. looking at her hands there were four marks each where she'd been injected.

When Ben sees the device stab Estella, he leaps forward and looks at her with concern. "Are you alright?" he asks.

Sometime towards the end of the movie Zack let himself out of the lockdown area. He had calmed down. He stayed to the back of their mind not wanting to interrupt. Griffin barely notice Zack rejoin him. He was totally absorbed by the movie. Griffin considered Kalinda's question before answering "I am not sure i understood the whole storyline. I have never seen a movie like it. But I enjoyed it very much."

"Well, essentially in amoungst all the killing running and fighting was a heartfelt family drama, where the son, Nd father reunite, and meet the daughter" kalinda said, "it was a good film imdeed"

"Yes. It was very interesting." Griffin was uncertain as to what to do now. "Thank you for sharing it with me. Thank you for a very pleasant afternoon. We would like to return the favor. Maybe we can provide supper? We do not cook but there is always delivery. Would that be agreeable?"

At this kalinda hesitated, "that depends" she said, "I don't eat meat at all" sje turned her laptop off, "it doesn't agree with me, and I dislike the taste"

"That does not pose a problem. We bevevthey make pizza without meat. However if they do not we will try other types of food until we find one that is made without meat." Griiffin responded confidently. Being part animal he could not imagion not eatting meat, but it would not hurt him to do so.

"Why would you put yourself at an inconvenience for me?" Kalinda asked with a frown, not understanding this. She wasn't use to this at all, to people actually seeming to like her.

"It is not an inconvence to find food that you like. It might be a challenge, but I think we can handle it. You have given us something few others have. Acceptsnce. It is not difficult to do the same for you." Griffin explained

Kalinda stared at them, a little bit shocked, acceptance? Is that what this felt like? She felt tears prickle her eyes, and she turned away so her face couldn't be seen, knowing Griffin would feel uncomfortable with tears. Long hair worked vreat for hiding ones face. "I, uh...thank you" her tone was thick with emotion, and she strived to keeo herself under control.

Griffin tilted his head uncertainly. Had he done something wrong. Why had she turned away? [i] Zack I think I broke my first friend.[\i] Zack shook his head [i] No I think you made her happy. I think maybe she has not experienced much exceptance with. You should hug her. [\i] griffin considered this advice. He had never hugged anyone. He considered changing places with Zack and allowing him to comfort Kslinda. But he was responsible for her happiness or sadness so he should bevthe one to do it. Griffin awkwardly wrapped his arms around Kalinda. "All is well."

Kalinda was shocked at this as well, so it was a few seconds before she returned the hug. She tried to remember the last time she had been hugged, and couldn't she. Her mother hadnt even hugged her goodbye. pulled away after a moment, "and you are meant to be the emotionless one, griffin. That was oretty damn awkward, and awkward is an emotion" she smiled, picked uo the popcorn bowl, putting it on top of the microwave
