Connor didn't mind spicy food, but preferred other things, "Anyone watching you would think you've discovered the best thing on earth to eat or something" He said smiling, starting to eat his burger

Kijani laughed softly, taking a sip of water. "Look, no one makes burgers like America. I've tried food from all over the world, but once in a while it's nice to get back to basics." She grinned and continued to eat.

"Oh, burgers are heaven. Right up there with Pizza" Connor said, with a laugh, "which pretty much concludes my cuisine knowledge"

Kijani shook her head, but was smiling. "Almost all American food is copped from another culture. We're having Italian next, so I can expose you to real pizza. Not the over greasy Pizza Hut junk."

"Go ahead, scrub"

Sue fell asleep, face into his chest.

Connor chuckled, finishing off his burger, "Okay then, but the pizza hut kind is good, despite the greasiness" He absently used his napkin to wipe his fingers, "So the real pizza had better be awesome"

Anthony strips down to his boxers and, relying purely on muscle memory, expertly folds the suit so it won't become too wrinkled before it can be dry cleaned. He sets it on Sue's desk then lies down on the bed. Once Sue joins him and rests her head on his chest, he wraps an arm around her and pulls the covers over him. For the next two or three hours, he does nothing but listen to Sue's slow, but steady, breathing and stare at the ceiling. While he lies awakes, his eyes begin to slowly change color once more, gradually becoming the color of a sunset. Just before he falls asleep, a smile spreads across Anthony's face as the color of his eyes becomes more vivid than ever and he feels a soothing joy.

Kijani nodded, absent mindedly eating a fried jalapeno from her burger. "It is. Richer flavor and not so overdone. And no horrible gimmicks. Like... cheese stuffed crust. Ugh."

Connor laughed, "Okay" He said. When they had finished their food, and were ready to head back, he drove back to the school, parking, and reminding himself again to look at the car completely. He would probably forget again.

"Anyway" Kalinda said, "Enough sadness and downing emotions" She smiled, finishing eating. "Its been a good night. Better than staying in my dorm room. I should head back to the campus. Hey, don't let your parents get to you, you are pretty awesome" She said, quickly heading out, before Matt could stop her, and launching herself into the air. She could easily be back quickly like this, and that way, Matt wouldn't be forced to prance to the school with her, and back to his apartment.

Plus, she wanted time to think. She shouldn't have mentioned the puppy. Now she was sad for the memory of a beagle pup she had fought so hard to try and get, only to fail.

She landed just outside the girls dorms, and headed into her room.

John wakes just as the sun begins to rise above the horizon. He throws on a shirt and some shorts before making his way to the race track where he begins jogging.

Ben groans as sunlight streams through his dorm window, hurting his newly over-sensitive eyes. As he sits up in his bed, he wonders, "Why the hell am I still tired?" After taking a quick shower and gettin dressed, Ben makes his way to the cafeteria, hoping some food will energize him.

Anthony's eyes open and, for a fraction of a second, he is confused when both the ceiling above him and the mattress below him are different than usual. As his senses become alert once more, he becomes aware of Sue's petite, sleeping form next to him. He keeps his breathing steady as he thinks, "Once she wakes up, I'll need to call someone to deliver my clothes here."

Sue woke up naturally early, and just in time to see Anthony had woken up as well. The morning cold brought chills to her skin, and quickly put on her clothes from yesterday.

She leaned forward to kiss Anthony on the forehead, and signed:

”I’m going for a jog. I’ll see you later! Make yourself at home. I’ll know when you go through my stuff anyway, you perv’”

She grinned almost maliciously, and darted to the door, pacing only slightly before going into a good pace out of the dorm. She planned to run a good distance, perhaps a lap around the huge Academy premises, and within the alley spaces of the faculty buildings.

Once Sue leaves, Anthony fetches his phone from his coat pocket and dials a number. Once the recipient of his call answers, Anthony says, "Bring me a set of clothes and some toiletries. Where? To the location of my phone, you dolt." He hangs up then reads his email on his phone until he hears a knock at Sue's door, forty minutes later. He opens it, revealing the same man that had delivered clothes to some of the other students a few days earlier. Anthony accepts the new clothes and toiletries, then hands the dirty clothes to the man and say, "Thank you Watson. Please have these washed and returned to my home." Anthony shuts the door and then enters Sue's bathroom before beginning to take his shower.

Ben enters the cafetetia, which he is surprised to completely devoid of any staff. He frowns as he grabs some fruit from a bowl and walks to a table where he begins eating.

(I wonder if Anthony will get to finish his shower before Sue gets back?)

Kalinda, after having finally gotten to sleep, rose. She grabbed some guilt from where she kept it in a bowl on her microwave, and dressed for workout, grabbed her pack and jogged out the dorms, towards the gym. She had finally come up with an idea of how she could train.

She slowed when she walked passed the cafeteria. Weren't there normally people? She frowned

Katherin wake later then usual. So she had to rush through her morning routin. She hoped she wasn't too late to catch Jack before breakfast. They needed to talk. She needed to how he felt about what happened yesterday. Katherin was hoping he had used the time apart to do some serious thinking.

Arnold wondered how long Griffin would be able to keep the truth about his hunting exercise from Zack. Kalinda already knew Griffin had planned to talk to Ben about working on his hunting skills. They might be able to hide it for a long time as long as Ben didn't bring it up when Zack was out. Arnold thought the chances of that occurring were low since Ben didn't want anyone finding out about his own activities. Feeling they were safe for now Arnold woke the boys for school. As usual Zack took the lead and headed for the cafeteria.

Kijani was quiet on the way back to school. She stayed close to Connor as they walked through the campus, and gave him a gentle kiss when they reached her door. "Sorry I wasn't... as fun tonight. See you tomorrow, okay?" She smiled and slipped into her dorm. It would be a long night, tossing and turning, and fighting nightmares.

Devika groaned and swore colorfully as her alarm went off at six AM. "Mmmgrh..." She smacked the button and remembered just in time that she was getting up for a reason. Exercise time, whoo. She put on some loose gym clothes, packed a bag with better clothes, and headed out toward the gym. "Mm, maybe I can install a coffeemaker in my room... Or an expresso..."

Connor nodded, heading back to his dorm room. He then sat on the floor, spreading his tools around him. Ah, so that was how they spread across the floor all the time. He chuckled to himself, picking up an item he was working on, just putting the finishing touches on it.

He must have fallen asleep on the floor, screwdriver held loosely in his hand. He blinked awake at his alarm, and crawled to his phone, which he had thrown on his bed. He turned his alarm off, grimacing at the soreness from sleeping on the floor. Well, it was his own fault.

He stood, and got ready for the day, before heading out, hungry

With the sun peeking through the window into her eyes, Maxine was forced to roll over and get up. She'd lost the Nightcrawler look which told her she probably would change back to normal when she was asleep, neat. She headed to the cafeteria and found just students there. Not having been there long maybe they just took days off from time to time so she didn't say much about it. But that meant there wasn't much to choose from.

Unlike Maxine, Estella had been there long enough and thought it unusual that none of the adults were there in the cafeteria that morning. Normally something like this would have been announced. But not having much of an explanation it could very well be coincidence. Also since she didn't need prepared food she just ate any of the fruits and vegetables out.

Ben sees Estella sit at another table alone, so he picks up his plate of fruit and walks over to her. He sits down while asking, "Hey, do you know where the teachers are?"

John finishes jogging then heads into the gym. Once he gets there, he starts using the rowing machine, waiting for Devika to show up.

Well at least she wasn't the only one to notice. Glancing around again Estella shrugs and replies. "No idea. I think this is the fist time I've seen no one behind the counter. If I still had my telepathy it would be easy to find one of them." Her expression didn't show a whole lot of concern. "Though they may just be waiting for us in class."

Kalinda frowned. There were normally people, teachers workers, just staff, around in the cafeteria. Not just students. What was going on? Forgetting her newfound need to get strong, she looked about, popping a few grapes in her mouth as she did so.

It seemed strangely empty without the staff, despite students
