Hank McCoy envelops his son in a hug and says, "Long time no see, kiddo!" He holds David at shoulder length and asks, "How was Africa?"

Katherin was proud of the improvement that she had made. They weren't vast but there was improvement so she was happy with that. Smiling she headed for her second class. As she walked she looked around. It would be nice to make a new friend.

Griffin reluctantly took over after gym. He wasn't really ready to be out front, but it wasn't fair to ask Zack to take a class he had choosen. Griffin slowly made his way to his next class. He could wait for lunch so he could get away for awhile.

David smiles at his father and hugs him back. He shrugs at the question and says "It was fun, if being shot at by 12 year old child soldiers is your thing. But aside from that I did a lot of good, got most of those kids set free."

Kalinda finished off at gym, changing clothes, she headed out, heading to her next lesson. She looked around for anyone, but she had lingered in the changing rooms having a quick shower so she was behind. She sighed.

Phoebe smiled at Cyndi as the class finished "that wasn't so bad. I've got Dr Connors class next, it's mainly chemistry and such. What are you interest in? Maybe I can direct you to a class"

Ben and John both take quick showers before heading off to their next class. The former heads to Kraven's hunting class while the latter goes to Bane's class.

"And what happened to those children after you set them free?" Hank asks.

David smiled and said "I got some help from some other heroes operating out of the horn of Africa who usually focused their attention on pirates to help me make sure all the kids made it safely back to their villages and families, and if they didn't have a village or family anymore they were sent with a child they were close friends with to join theirs. The man who kidnapped all the kids was captured and taken into UN custody and is waiting for his trial." David smiled at his father, proud of his accomplishment.

As Phoebe waited for Cyndi to respond, she led the way back to the gym, so they could change and gather their things. She glanced around for Katherin, or Ryan as she pushed the door to the gym open, going to the changing rooms.

Kalinda didn't know which class to go to, Banes or Kravens. Both were interesting, and perhaps beneficial to her. She sighed. If she was happy giving up Romonova's class, she would just go to one of them then, but she wasn't going to.

She shrugged, and chose one at random, ending up at Kraven's since she couldn't remember the way to Banes.

Once the stream of students coming into his classroom began to taper off, Bane claps his hands and says, "Today, children, we'll be discussing a variety of methods to break the various bones of the body. A word of warning, however. Every one of you will have at least one of your bones broken. They'll be healed immediately afterwards, but you'll feel the pain that comes with this type of injury. Does anyone wish to leave?"

Dr. McCoy pats his son on the back and beams while saying, "I'm really proud of you David! I must ask one question, though. Do you still plan on applying to join the X-Men one day, or have you decided to work alone?"

Nacelle wandered into the classroom and as she heard that her bones will be broken she sighed. "Are we allowed to defend ourselves?"

When gym finished she made a silent vow to one day bring a horse of hers to class, playing by their rules was never fun. As the others turned and walked out she paused and looked outwards, seeing the forest they had previously played in. With a small smile she walked towards the trees and a set of throwing knives appeared in her hand. As soon as she got close enough she threw three in rapid procession, the smile shifting to a satisfied smirk as they sunk into the wood. Walking over she pulled them out and began again, throwing and retrieving the knives.

Kyra wandered the halls, her headphones over her ears. She sighed and sat on the window-sill on one of the hallway windows. She stared out of it, watching a stray bird who was left behind by the others.

Bane shakes his head as he replies, "No, not today. You all will simply act as training dummies for one of your peers."

Griffin chuckled at the teachers instructions. He wasn't worried about broken bones. Been there done that. He might even own the t-shirt. He could tell his classmates were uncomfortable with the idea though. "Atleast you will be healed right away. Those we fight in the future probably will not have that option."

"I'm still planning on it, yeah. Not until I've graduated from the academy, though." David said. He still wanted to join the X-men like his father but he wanted to learn more and get stronger before trying to join.

"Would you like to pick the bone?" Griffin asked politely. Are you sure this is a good idea. I think she is someone important. Zack asked concerned. Her parents knows how the school trains. They would not have allowed her to take this class if they didn't want her to have real world experience. Griffin explained.

After making sure Austin was okay, Connor headed to his next class, Dr Connors. He sat in his usual seat, and it appeared Dr Connors was going to lecture them today, a slight difference from what he normally did.

Nacelle only shook her head as she crossed her arms and casually waited. "Maybe I should warn you that I am a princess, which means you may have to speak to my father. I don't think you will get into much trouble though since we aren't in Africa the least he can do is send some of his personal guard to beat you." Nacelle laughed and waited for a reaction. "Maybe the rib?"

"I can not get in trouble for following a teacher's orders." Griffin said confidently. "If your parents have a problem with it they shouldn't have sent you to the Academy. Bone's get broken in combat. Maybe the pretty princess should try another class. Once that is safer for her royal bones."

Nacelle shrugged with a small smirk on her face as she reflectively flexed her claws. "I am just stating a fact, my father seems to care about me, that is all. Now lets see how well you can break my royal bones."
