I suppose you could say in a predominantly hero-focused school, someone who doesn't buy into this mentality isn't going to be accepted with open arms. Anthony may be arrogant, but there is also a lot of superiority in the others in that heroism is definitely equated to better.. Not that I'm saying villainy is the best choice.. I'm not sure if I've conveyed what I'm thinking very well here :L

No, I understand what you're saying. However, Anthony isn't a "villain", per say. He simply does what's necessary to achieve his goals. He really does want to make the world a better place, he just doesn't think superheroics is the way to do so.

He simply rubs Austin the wrong way time and time again, and has never done anything to make him feel like he deserves Austin's liking of him. And he doesn't like it when people thing that they are above everyone else, even if they actually are he doesn't feel like it is the right thing to do. Which is one reason as to why he likes Connor so much.

I don't have any issues with Anthony. Phoebe simply doesn't like the way he thinks, Connor...okay Connor probably dislikes him. Kalinda really has no opinion on him. Of course, she hasn't had any interactions with him really.

I like Anthony, to be honest. He's a good character to have. I really want his tigers.

Yeah, I like Anthony's character, but when I think about how Austin would think about it it's different. While Austin hasn't interacted with him, he has seen interactions with his friends and the others, which puts a dislike of Anthony in him. It just escalated from there, with the fight with Connor really setting him off.
