Here's a list of the stuff I saw on your list I'd be cool with doing as well as any changes I could see in them. (Let me know if any of them are taken. They didn't say so as far as I could tell.)
-Identity
I like this one a lot. Just the way it is.
-Lucidity
Again, Just the way it is pretty much.
-Time Travel
For this one, I have an idea I've been wanting to try for a LONG time.
Plot: Meet Ivy Rose Carter. She's you're typical 19 year old college student, or that's what you think. In truth, she'd the daughter of a genius scientist by the name of Sarah Carter. Mrs. Carter has developed the very first time machine in the year 2017, her first experiment? On her daughter! Sarah invites Ivy to celebrate her mother's success and Ivy, of course, can't refuse, right? Little does she know what her plotting mother has devised for her. Somehow, she manages to trick Ivy into getting in to the machine. She sends the youth into the distant past. (This can be any time period you'd like.) However, when she gets there, the machine breaks down and Ivy is stuck where she landed! Her cell doesn't work and she has no idea how to fix the darned thing! She has to figure out what's wrong and fast or else she may be stuck here forever!
This can also be changed to be more... magical? Like someone from your character's realm brings her there for some reason... Let's say, she's been brought to this place because she is needed to take place of some princess or something. (I'm trying really hard not to just copy the many manga I've read with a scenario like this.) the details of this can be worked out.
-The Fountain of Youth
I like this idea quite a bit!
-Zelda
This one's just thrown in there because of my obsession with Zelda. We don't have to do it. I'm just throwing it out there. If we did, my character would probably either be a Zora or a Twili.
