I'd totally be down for that, and even have a character concept, except for the fact that I found Jaune so unbearably irritating that I quit watching the series like, eight or so episodes in, I think.

I thought Weiss' bitchiness was more irritating than Jaune to be honest.

Well, it seemed everyone was so vehemently against me having any plans of substance, so I posted without a plan.

Congratulations, you were melodramatic! More impressive, though, is that a month passed by in this roleplay with less than three posts, none of which are yours, and you've been with us since the last RP, so you've had a hell of a lot of time to plan, and now when someone asks for a post at last you lash out at everyone in a fit of sarcasm. Way to make your point.

No...I did it because everyone wanted me to post. I don't want anyone to rise. Unless they are cake or bread mix, then you have to rise.

This was not the post I was looking forwards to. I know you can do better than that. Even with the absence of a plan, it would still have been possible to write a more substantial entrance than a few simple lines. You've still got a character. Perhaps a bit of IC elaboration on your break-out from the icy hell- that would have taken at least a paragraph. Then Emily's feelings about returning to the surface. Then, when finding a place to sleep, you could possibly find somewhere marginally better to sleep than the exact point you appeared at, or at least provide some reason to just nodding off on the spot (eg. exhaustion from portal casting). That post could easily have been made more meaningful than just "hey, I'm here now. goodnight". She's free! She's got to feel something! Ok, I know I said that even a half-sized post would do, but I was hoping for half a good post, not a half-hearted post. Do better in future, OK. Maybe even edit that first post into something up to standard. But regardless, that's still a post. Go ahead and have your new creature, Cav. And where's Gecko and Kangutso? Kangutso's still figuring out his Keeper, but Gecko should be capable of posting. If things don't pick up from here we might have problems.

I will try to come up with something soon. Yes, I know I always say that, but this time hopefully it'll happen for real.

My post has been sitting at half-heartedness level similar to that for awhile, and I'm drawing a blank on how to improve it. :/ How does one introduce a secret police force, when one has nothing for them to do. No figures to assassinate or intimidate. No reconnaissance or counter-intelligence needed.

Gecko, if this secret police idea is to do with the Cypriots, would you mind running it by me via PM first? You were on to something with the dream assassinating thing, but I'm still supposed to be in charge of the Cypriots, so at the very least I'd like to know what my own NPCs are doing.
