lets just say The observer has a small book. where he catalogs everything he sees and to catalog thoses things he created a ranking system. where one was what he deemed the most weakest and 6 being a god in equivalent but the lines between the levels are blurred so some level 3s can be stronger then level 4s etc and in rare case's 5's
its just a why of cataloging ...

also it gives a idea of power scale's.

thats kinda where im drawing blanks... Desdemona would either be a high 3 or low 4...

Why is Vince so low? I just want to pour out that his main power is his control of other spirits, but he nearly uses it. He could crash all the things by useing his helper spirets, one of the most powerful is Ben btw...

In the first case, if he were inside Wulfric, upon inspecting himself Wulfric would identify two beings. In the second, only one.Ah, forgot to mention. Wulfric is an alchemical vampire. He is not undead, but fully alive. Has a heartbeat, requires normal food (not only dying emotions), can drown/choke, can have children, etc. And, since he is fangless, he can't bite humans into vampiredom.

He is kind of both, he is at his core a single fear, just one bad dream, but he draws the fears and nightmares out of others and uses them as a sort of fuel so he can do the things he do. I don't want to get into it too much as it will reveal the background that I wanted to slowly unravel through out the RP.

EDIT: Hmm... I wonder what he'll think of Natalie... on one hand, she is an artist, and had a traumatic background. You could even say her behaviour is vampire-like. But on the other, she's still a remorseless killer. I'll think about this...

Well his main ability is a controlled of games, like the others. And I did say that he had trapped others in his game boy. I think that his main power would be a control and messing with other game spirets, thus glitch. I ment for Ben drowned to be among them, yes... If that's all right. I dint think he uses them as more then a mana battery usually, which would make him less op but I still think it deserves a better level. Preatty much any Nintendo based spirit, as well as others...
