Who is JustIce and Lucario? Would a local kid know who they are and what might be expected from their performance?

JustIce and Kamen Flame are two lab assistants of Dr. Maple. The Lucario is one of JustIce's Pokemon, and they would normally put on an impressive fight scene for people where they fight each other, Lucario even using his other moves on her. Anyone who has lived there for more than a year would know them.
