Background: I have most of my background written out several times, basically his mother was a religious nut and she murdered him when he snuck games past her. In their back yard thair was a multi floored bomb shelter and she buried him their with his shit. Then he woke up, and he fed on rats that were fat on suspiciously human looking meat until he got power up. Then he, after starving for a while, found he could move items and himself in and out of videogames. Eventually he found himself onto the internet with an ancient military internet connection, and he slowly began to learn about other online beings called creapypasta. He then, after a while, searched for them and began to fight them. When he defeated them he dragged them back and put them in a giant supercomputer memory bank he slowly built on one floor.
Now I'd say that he'd feel that in the presence of other supernaturals he might be able find more to defeat, so he could level up. And he's a super gameing and fantasy nerd, he'd go as soon as he heard about it.
