Kasumi | The Avatar Feeling; Overwhelmed. Interacting With; Her mother, father and Flippy.
It was now a lot for Kasumi to take in since the rising vigilante group, known as Chi Blockers were quickly increasing in numbers. It was just yesterday when everything was peaceful and quiet but the Chi Blocking group struck once again - This time, within the Southern Air Temple. It lit a fire under everybody as they know one person, The Avatar, can bring this group down once and for all. Kasumi knew she had a huge responsibility on her hands and therefore, sent word out to the nearing nations to send their best benders down to the Southern Water Tribe so that she can be retrained in their respective art of bending. She even sent her own ships to pick them up. She really didn't want to go back to those places again because she would be away from her family, friends and more importantly, her twin brother, Flippy. She didn't want to do that to him again. She groaned a little bit as she was laying down in her room, seeing her mother walk in with a delighted smile. She adored her mother and knew she was coming in to give her a sort of pep talk. "Kasumi, dear. You know what you must do and we believe in you enough to know that you can do it." Her mother said in a whispered tone just as her father entered. "They're here, Kasumi." Meaning that all the benders and non-benders were waiting for her, just outside along the gates. Kasumi nodded her head then sat up, eventually getting out of bed, hugging both her mother and father tightly. Her mother gave her a necklace that she immediately placed on as she grabbed her bag. "Well, off to the nations I go." Her mother and father smiled as Kasumi walked past them then eyed her brother. "Hey, I am leaving now." She walked over towards him with a sigh and hugged him tightly as well. "You be good." She cooed with a wink then turned heel back towards her mother and father. "Can't he come with me? Please?" She put on her puppy dog face. "We're old enough to travel together now, don't you think?" She'd raise a brow towards them as they looked at each other and nodded. "Sure. He can go." She turned to Flippy and shouted. "Hey, you can come this time! Go get ready but do not keep us waiting!" She then walked out of their home and towards the gates, seeing her masters there waiting for her. She smiled at the recognizable faces then reintroduced herself. "Of course, you guys know that I am Kasumi, Avatar Kasumi. You guys still look the same." She said with a soft smile then walked up to them and hugged them, one by one. "My brother is coming this time but if he does not hurry, he will be left." She said while walking past her masters now and heading to the boat, where she'd hand her bag to one of the crewmen and stand along the deck, closing her eyes as a soft and gentle breeze blew through her. "Earth Kingdom, here we come." She'd whisper to herself as the captain of the ship would wait until everyone was on board before docking off and sailing the Southern Water Tribe seas.

When Flippy heard his sister say that he can come along this time he quickly started packing a bag. He packed some extra clothes, two books he was reading, a journal he kept blank until he began adventuring outside the southern tribe, and a family picture. After packing he said goodbye to an animal that became one of Flippy's best friends. Flippy rushed to the ship his sister boarded and did what his sister did and hand his bag to some crewman on the ship. He eventually caught up to her "So where are we going first?" He asked eagerly.

It had been a long journey for Kazue and the ship's crew. Many of them were unaccustomed to the cold climate down south and were happy to be soon on their way to the Earth Kingdom and a warmer climate. Most of the sailors on board were from different parts of the Fire Nation and were already a bit apprehensive having about having nobility on board. Often times the crew would act as if they were under inspection and tried their best to look busy in her presence. It was somewhat amusing but made it difficult to socialize with anyone other than the passengers and the Captain. Kazue made her way back to the bridge and spoke to the Captain. "It seems the Avatar has brought her brother along with her. Be sure to give him quarters adjacent to hers, won't you?" The Captain, an aging sailor with streaks of grey in his hair, responded. "Not a problem Lady Kazue, we'll be ready to disembark in a few minutes." She turned to the Captain with a smile. "Thank you, Captain. If you'll excuse me I'm going to greet our guests." Kazue gave a bow and exited the bridge towards the main deck. A slight shiver ran up her back as she stepped out of the warm interior and onto the deck once again. The frigid air was very uncomfortable for her although she didn't show her discomfort openly. She made her way over to the Avatar and her brother. Kazue gave a bow and greeted them. "Welcome aboard, Avatar Kasumi. It's good to have you with us." She then turned her attention to Kasumi's brother. "I don't believe we've met. I'm Lady Kazue of the house Anzen of the Fire Nation. It's a pleasure to meet you." She spoke to both of them again. "If you'd like I could show you to your quarters or you are free to roam the ship as you please. We will be ready to disembark shortly."

Jangbu had arrived quickly to Kasumi's house, and waited with the others. He thought he'd get to say a few words when she came out, but she just said hi, totally didn't notice his new arrow tattoos, and went straight for the ship. She was obviously eager to get started on this adventure, which was good because trouble was brewing. History seemed to show that the Avatar would come in time for some world changing problem. Sometimes war, sometimes a problem between the Spirit World and the Physical World, or something else. Unfortunately the Avatar didn't always succeed in one lifetime at solving the problem, though he'd keep thta bit of information to himself if at all possible. He went back to the ship, and sat outside as he often did. Ship rooms were often confining. It was justifiable, since ship size had to be taken into account when deciding what sort of rooms you could have. Airbenders typically used Bison for travel, though he had come alone. So here he was, on a ship, much less bothered by the cold outside than the cramped quarters inside. He did have a room, with a window, and he had taken every piece of furniture out. All he had in there was a mat, and a bag of essentials, and he spent as little time inside as possible. He waited for everyone else to board, so they could set out. It would be good for them all to have a meeting and make plans, though Jangbu never planned too far ahead. Events could conspire to thwart long term plans, and he didn't like being confined to plans and schedules any more than he liked being confined in small rooms. Still, officially remeeting, and talking about what to do next should be done soon.
