@SgtEasy I find that if all you're doing is introducing your character, then you only have to read the current page to make a post :3 Just make the intro, react to someone, then leave it all to everyone else.

THE STORY SO FAR!

The Hogwarts Express picks up everyone at the train station. All seems to be normal first day of school for the first year students. They socialize with one another and some begin friendships. Others make enemies...

Slytherin House Quidditch team tries to claim the first two compartments in the train car. The first years, however, do not comply. Long story short a fight breaks out! It is a free-for-all until...

... A teacher shows up and casts a freezing spell on the entire train car (Professor Sadria Quinn). The students in this train car are carefully supervised until they arrive at Hogwarts. They have been sorted.

Most the students are currently enjoying the feast.

Students involved in the fight were instead lined up and marched out of the great hall. They are in a room waiting for the headmistress to dole out judgment and punishments. The students have been divided by what year they are, so the only 'on screen' students here are the first years.

SO, all you new people will be in the great hall post-sorting!

Perhaps a little more RP in the waiting room and the dining hall. ((PEOPLE IN THE WAITING ROOM, BY THE TIME YOU GET BACK MOST THE STUDENTS WILL BE DONE EATING. Time is not running parallel with you and the new characters. Sorry if this is a bit wierd. But I want to wrap up this scene for everyone and get the next one that has everyone in it!))

Our classes are going to be a bit different than in the original Harry Potter story. Over time there have been changes to the curriculum. Then there is matter of OOC convenience...

Actually, it completely slipped my mind. I was going to suggest time skipping to the characters meeting their roommates that first night. It's cool that there's a lot of inter-house friendships already forming, but it will definitely help for them to know the other first years in their house. Seems a little late now, but I figure whoever's interested can do a short thing through RP just so they can do first impressions?

@Fox@TheHangedMan What do y'all say we let Nolan, Julius, Konstantin and the other boys unfortunate enough to have to live with them get to know each other?
