I give up. If you're not going to listen to me at all, stop asking my advice.
The second thread doesn't work if all we do is move four people over into it. Have you even SEEN the roster?
Besides, half the characters in either guild ignore each other for friend in the other one. If you separate Harpy and Vyper again, all you're doing is forcing those people apart. If you DISSOLVE Harpy and Vyper, you allow those people and the people with friendships inside their guild stay together in a new guild. The only thing you're giving up is the NAME, not the people.

The roster is expansive, sure. But forcing people to dissolve their guilds doesn't solve the problem either. Each guild at this point likely has some sort of definitive history and the like and as such shouldn't be forced into non-existence. It's like literally creating a power vacuum for absolutely no reason just to keep people who like each other together.
Essentially, you want to dissolve the history/guild loyalty of almost 700 posts because of a split? That makes no sense. The easiest and simplest way to divide the IC with the least amount of hubbub is literally simple. The two biggest guilds do NOT get dissolved, and go to separate threads.
Crossovers will exist, and will be governed by alternating specific threads at least to my understanding so the whole "forcing people apart" isn't necessarily going to do just that.
After that, the smaller guilds (Lamia Scale for example) go to one thread, and then alternate through the rest of the smaller guilds back and forth until everyone is essentially meted out in their own miniature universe. Easy. And. Simple. No: "Ooookay! dissolve! MAD CLUSTERFUCK TO SEE WHO GETS PAIRED WITH WHO AND WHO GOES WHERE TO INSURE THAT THE GMs HAVE AN ANEURYSM FROM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO WRITE THE NEXT UPCOMING STORYLINE/ARC."
The rosters are set, they will remain set, and to simply just dissolve for the sake of maintaining relationships for the sake of keeping "Friendships" together which will still easily just do that (Through Crossovers or PM Rps or whatever) and then dissolve the history of almost 700 posts is just ludicrous.
I say put the two biggest guilds in separate threads and then let things work themselves out with the smaller guilds makes much much more sense.
That and it's Haruna's say. Head GM is the law.
