Name Dexter Vitruvius Alias Thunderstruck Age 17 Personality To describe Dexter as...over excited, would be an understatement. Basically, if he gets something in his head, say walk the dog. He will overdo it, walk a dog 3 miles and then go back to the wrong house. His memory span is very bad, except for when it comes to movies and super secret missions. He doesn't really care about others, more about wether he gets entertained for long enough, if he sees someone falling, he might try to save thems, if he wanted to, and he was bored. But when Dexter gets bored, he basically does anything he can to tame that boredom, mostly good stuff. Powers Super speed Electro-kinesis Weaknesses Stupid people and water, as in, get him in a pool of water and he's kinda screwed Appearance Dexter is by no means a frail boy, no. He stands at about 5'5, wild black hair that sticks up usually, shooting into the sky. He has blue eyes and pale skin, due to his nature. His usual choice of wear is quite an unusual one. A purple and black striped scarf, accompanied with a top hat of the same colour scheme. He also happens to wear a purple suit with a black tie. BRIEF Bio Dexter was born into a broken family, no mother and a father, a father with a very unfortunate drug and alcohol addiction. But despite, this, Decter cared for his father from the age of 10, since he knew, he kinda had to make it up to his father for not letting him die. Because of this, he never found the time form hat silly thing people called, 'education' and instead took to just watching movies in his room. Movies were his pride and joy, watching them every time he could on his quite expensive tv he came across, legally or illegally he'll never know. Eventually at the age of 15, he found his dad in the toilet, drugs scattered around him and his face on the floor, obviously dead. However, this didn't bother Dexter in the slightest, all it did was make him more of a shut in. Whenever he left the house, people laughed at him, commented on his junkie father, or his addiction to the enjoyment of films. From the age of 15 all he ever did was watch movies, eat and occasionally go outside to exercise. He also kept an eye on the news, noticing the very peculiar crime rate. But one day, his simple life changed. He was just watching the TV in his room when a well placed bolt of lightning struck his house, just as he was turning off the TV. Dexter woke up the next day, surrounded by police and firemen, all the services. It was near then, that he realised what he could do, the potential of his powers. Ever since then, he became less of a shut in and more of an extrovert. It was around about then he found out about the Outsiders, and he couldn't help but be a little bit interested. What they bring to the team? A vast knowledge of the movie industry and a good Ol sense of humour Notes

@Divine Darkness = I'm sure she can handle it, she has efeectively taken down, or helped to take down, the most of the RFG so far. @The Patriarch = Wouldn't worry too much, its the weekend, people have stuff to do. I'll start badgering them come Monday lol.
