Yeah, I'm good to go. Also, I ended up in an lswarm discussion today for some reason. Triple Thunderbird is more annoying than I first though ._.;;

Well, it wasn't a duel. Just a discussion before classes began. There were a few things that we ended up agreeing on: -You run Evilswarms as Evilswarms with no Steelswarm tech; it clutters the deck a bit. -Rabbit engine is an option, but not mandatory. -Triple Thunderbird guarantees a monster on the field for later use in Ophion or something. Really annoying, mainly because banish and back to field over and over and over again on basically anything. 's about all the time we had to agree on stuff about.

Is this college or high school? Because if it's college then you've given me some hope for finding people I might have some stuff in common with once I graduate and everything. Now about the points... - So I'm not the only one who thinks Steelswarms and Evilswarms together are a good idea? I'm surprised, most of the stuff I've read about it online says otherwise. - Yes, and like I said before, I think it's pretty unreliable and usable only once or twice. - Just remember you can only use the effect of one Thunderbird whenever there's more than one on the field.

High school, man. Junior. Sorry if I dashed any hopes with that. But uh... Yeah. Thunderbird floats around forever, so if you can find another level 4 to go into with that it's usually aight. Buuut I think you've misinterpreted what I've said first. Evilswarms pure are better than a mix of the two, mainly because the regular Steelswarms don't mesh well with the Evilswarm effects (I mean, you can't tribute anything like Mandragora or Castor to get off something like Moth's effect) and it's dead if you draw into them. Evilswarms are usually better as just a rank 4 toolbox that can suppress big plays in the end.

Oh really? I'm currently a Senior in high school. And it's fine lol, I'm sure I'll be able to find people similar to myself in college anyway, so no worries. As for the Lswarms, I prefer to use my version that uses both sides of the archetype. It's fun to use and has a few more options/combos to use than just solely going for Rank 4 plays (but this still is a substantial part of the deck of course). I've actually gotten it to work effectively, something a member here called UnendingEmpire can attest to, but I will admit that you sometimes draw useless cards or even hands in a worse case scenario. Pros far outweigh the con(s) for me though!

I think pure Evilswarm hands are a bit more lenient and consistent in that regard, which is why they've been floating around the metagame even as it evolves for quite a while now. My playstyle's all about the grind game and consistency most of the time, which is why I've played Bujins and plan to go into Nekroz. I mean, Bujins have triple Tenki as a search already, but then Yamato just pull, drop. Pull, drop. Or turbo build, in which case Hirume/Arasuda/Whatever and go crazy with the rank 4 toolboxing. Not as good as Star Seraph Satellas though, but I sure do love me some Kaiser Colosseum shenanigans. It also feels like playing Star Seraph Satellas against you is going to be annoying as heck. I can get past Ophion's effect and Pandemic without trouble with that, but then Light Impris is a pain. Then again, Shadow-Impris. Meh. Nekroz... Well, I can probably just search like 3 times in my turn, get Unicore/Clausolas and spin/beat over anything standing in my way. :3c

You may as well have the strongest characters in the RP then since you're using decks that currently are meta, or upcoming meta in the case of Nekroz. I'm not going to lie, I don't really like facing either of the two decks you're using, but I guess I'll see what comes.

I've had rogue beat meta before. My Evilswarm friend beat Qli players before, so you can't deny it.

Oh no, don't get me wrong I'm not denying anything. In fact, I actually had my friend duel me with all the current meta decks and I actually won every duel. Maybe it was a bit difficult, sure, but I did win.

Okay. It'll be difficult for both sides then, no? Hard fought duels make the game entertaining, which is what I'd hope for. (And hey, at least it's not frickin' BA, right?)

That's what I'd hope for, yeah ^^. Sorry if it seemed I was accusing you of purposely metagaming or something, that wasn't my intention. And I know BAs can be pretty annoying. In the whole "Metagame Boss Rush" duels I did, the duel against them lasted for 20 minutes. Much thinking. Very deliberation. Wow.
