Name: Omni Age: 7 Bio: Orpaned as a baby she was took in by the people at the observation center. She only knows what they have taught her. Many of the children know her as animal whisperer Personality: Chaotic and clumsy, normally gets her way but when she doesn't be prepared for a tantrum and a rampaging lion, or lioness. She has a deep hate for authority but doesn't show it too often Powers: She can talk to animals and summon them with any type of pen or pencil. She normally will call on them when she is in danger or too lazy to walk a long distance, though when she calls on the animal it is calm and well fed so it is no threat to her, maybe to others if she so wishes.

She hardly ever speaks above her normal soft voice and she tends to stutter and blush a lot when she is nervous or embarrassed. She is a klutz, tripping over her feet more often than not. She is a very kind and gentle soul who is easily upset and tends to cry a lot. Autumn can use the power of words to control inanimate objects therefore she has to be careful what she says.

The two clicked almost instantly and Alastair made it his vow to protect Autumn with his life. The serious one. Alastair really only talks to his sister. But he is anything but shy. He will not hesitate to tell you he doesn’t like you or what he thinks of you. He can be very blunt and uncaring about others feelings. Unless you’re Autumn. She is the only one he cares about and is gentle to. Alastair doesn’t get angry easily but when he does it is a cold anger. He won’t yell but talk in a soft voice that tells you, you have approximately ten seconds to book it because heads are about to roll. Name: Blaire Carstairs Age: 16 Bio: Blaire really does not know much about her past. She was brought to the institution that she is being held in when she was very young. All she really remembers about her past is light blond hair, a tinkling beautiful laugh and soft hands. She also remembers tearful blue eyes and red stains, but not much after that. Personality: Blaire is quiet and intelligent girl. She hardly ever speaks, but when she does, she has a soft lilt to her voice which lets her know that she is not from where they are. She murmurs and mumbles sometimes when she speaks, making it hard for people to understand her at some times. She tends to think seriously and is not much of a humor person. Name - Josh Smith Age - 16 Bio - Josh had been at the centre from a very young age. His whole life he has been trying to escape. He swore he would get out of the centre and kill everyone that put him and the others there. He had been there for a while before his sister showed up. Well, his stepsister. He knew it was rare for two children of the same family to have the gene. He wished it was even rarer. He didn't even know they were related until he had talked to her to make sure they were ok. From there, they were deep in conversation and parents were mentioned. Personality - Josh is a kind and caring person. Especially towards children. He'll protect them with his life if he has to. The main reason he wants to kill the staff is for putting the children here. He always puts others in front of him and will always make sure they're ok before he does anything for himself. He always puts in effort to talk to the kids and make sure they're ok. Especially his sister. Powers - Shapeshifting Apperance - Name - Cerys MacKenzie Age - 11 Bio - Cerys grew up normally. She didn't even know about Josh or his family. When Josh's dad started seeing her mum, she just assumed he was a random with no kids. That's what he told them. She was taken into the centre when she was 9 where she quickly bonded with Josh after they started talking. Personality - She's shy around new people but will open up when she gets used to you. This isn't always a good thing. If she doesn't like you she'll tell you- she doesn't really understand the concept of other people's feelings. Name Micah Stumpp Age 17 Personality Micah is a pretty dark, pissy kid. he can joke around, but he tends to be more serious than others his age, and his very passionate in his intrests. He is incredibly masculine, in the way he does everything. He is also a diehard traditionalist/conservative. He is an incredibly articulate debater and can get anyone to understand, or support his views and opinions. Bio He was raised by a single mother In Iowa, he had a sister and suffered multiple molestations in his youth, which led to his surpressed and present anger. At thirteen he moved to South Dakota, and at 14 he moved to Maryland. He suffered severe depression and OCD from the ages 11-15, which resilted in multiple suicide attempts, one being nearly succesful. After a month of hospitalization and medication testing he returned to the real world recovered. He had been quite a liberal up until his 16 birthday, but around that time converted fully to traditionalism and national socialism. He began drinking in his youth, which has only progressed up to know, he is a severe alchoholic with a history of drug abuse but has been clean from everything but liqour and nicotine for the last several years. Name: Alexander Fern Age: 15 Bio: Alex believes he was born to a poor family from his earliest memories, but he can't be sure. He's been in the Vartican Center most of his life, and become used to the boredom and repetitive schedule. In the few social experiences he's had, he has learnt to manipulate people, using their own thoughts against them. He's always planned to try and escape one day, but it appears it's been done for him. Personality: Alex is a sociopath. He avoids making friends (at least true friends), as he believes people can be of more use to him when manipulated to do what he wishes. He is self-centered, as he believes that it is human nature to try to further oneself, and that if others are pushed down, it is their own fault for not trying hard enough. Powers: Mind Reading. However, when Alex becomes stressed and looses focus, he cannot control his power, and all nearby thoughts flood in, making it impossible to concentrate. Appearance:

Name: Temple Dusk Age: 18 Bio: It was clear from about the age of 7 that Temple was a little strange, but not until she was 13 that she actually used her power and was taken into the observation center. In school she rarely did well in group activities simply because she just so rarely talked. She was usually assumed to have some kind of selective mutism, but during her teenage years she started to talk more, although her voice was always very soft and she still prefers to be silent. Personality: Observant and curious. Most often when she does speak, she's asking a question. She loves nature above most other things, feeling very in tune and connected with it and often longing to spend more time in whatever quiet woods are the nearest. She has a bit of a tendency to stare as if trying to pry all the secrets out of someone. Likes hearing other people tell stories. Most of the time when she "makes friends" it is just her deciding that she likes a person and isn't necessarily mutual. When she's angry, she usually gives the cold shoulder. Name Subject One (Charles Richardson) Age 21 Bio he was the first man to go into the facility, it was him and a girl. he rembers the men coming when he was young, he can rember the pain he went through when they were tested him. He rembers the faces and her face. she never made the first week. he did, they never broke him. He has been in the facilitys for 15 years. and in that time has sunk into a deep insanity personality his personality is volitile, he can be calm and collected one moment and agressive the next. he never knows whats next down the line only that he will see it with a smile. he never stops smiling and if he does then hes either angry or about to do something big. Name James Hunter Age 17 Bio When James was younger, he'd get into fights with people a lot stronger than he was, but no matter how many times they'd beat him, he'd just get back up, so people started avoiding him, calling him a freak or a monster. Name: Treasa Verstand Age: 15 Bio: Being one of those abnormal children with highly unusual brain patterns who had survived, she had been taken away from her family since she was young, and brought into one of the observation centres. Most of her life was spent there, and she quite clearly remembers her past. Personality: Quiet. That summarizes it. She's a person of few words. This is probably due to her powers as an empath and telepath. Her body perceives all thoughts and emotions. This results to her being usually silent, having everything flooding in and leaving little to no room for her to speak. Of course, over time, she has adapted to it and learned to ignore it, though a sane person would go crazy if they were ever to read her mind, or were she to influence their minds with what was on her mind. Still, she usually doesn't block them out, because "it's quiet", and no one talks to her much. She only blocks them when she has to concentrate on something. Thus, she might not respond sometimes when you talk to or approach her, and she would look lost in her own world(mind) most of the time. Powers: Empathy and Telepathy Appearance:

Name: Blade Age: 18 Bio: unknown, due to experiments and training that go's beyond human norms (like forcing him to connect his mind to a computer) he has lost all his memories...., he now only go's by the name Blade that was given to him, he has no idea if this is his real name or not as he tends to use a short sword which seemed to have stemmed his "nickname"??, though they also have called him 66 for some reason, they trained him to be an assassin or super soldier or something. personality: He is kind of like a big brother or leader type of person, trying to aid the younger ones and ignoring his own trouble, he wont hesitate to take action and wont bother with taking a live if its needed, though he rather wants to live peaceful, I might change it in IC as I am not that good at working this out and in IC I might need to act differently and with it change his personality, but the big brother and expert soldier stuff is the base line. Powers: Bio-Electric enhancements able to manipulate the bio-electrical pulses that the brain sends out throughout the body. using this he can increase his strength, speed and agility but this will damage his muscles, however this ability can also be used to redirect to his healing, in order to recover from wounds and restore the damage to his muscles, he can use his ability together with the physical improvements BUT both get more limited, able to barely restore his damaged muscles and still increase his ability's but at a lower rate (making him chose, balanced, healing or at own risk), also he can cover his body with the same electrical pulse in order to shock others, slowing down the other persons own bio-electrical impulses, making them react slower, weaker and less agile and fast in general. Theory of the scientist is that he might even be able to connect his mind to a computer trough the impulses, using this he might be able to hack into systems on an organic level, able to bypass most computerized defenses or download its intelligence in his own brain, there might be more possibilities using this power but he has yet to learn them (such as mastering the impulses to release an electric blast or lightning) finally he can also overload his own electrical force, leaving him completely drained and hardly able to walk around, but using this he can completely electrify someone or something, it takes time for him to restore from this but it has no permanent effects at least. Appearance: but with a scare on his right cheek Other: He has a natural born ability to think at a super high level, able to process entire thoughts in a matter of a mere feeling (this is not a super power, I actually have this in real live), this is one of the reasons why the scientist believe he is able to hack computers with his mind

Name: Gaurman Ittelic (also been called Bolt for reasons unknown to him) Age: officially unknown due to one of his powers. Bio: Gaurman was found at the doorstep of a church as a baby, yet after being taken in a day later he was found as an teenager reading the bible, commenting on its flaws how he feels for some reason he cannot comprehend himself, that man mistranslated the scriptures or something, the nun that found the teen him went to get the priests that had found him, yet suddenly he was a baby once more, one playing with a rattler made from light. it was this that forced the priests to bring him to Observation center where he grew up in the next 10 years of his live, learning to control his aging and his other powers, due to his switching between ages he can remember even the stuff from when he was a baby. personality: I cannot describe him, he has two states on mind due to one of his powers though, one more mature and one a small child Powers: Judgement (able to create a beam of light from the hands or the air, the air one possess much more destructive power and range but it takes time to charge up and it cannot be controlled, hitting everything in its range, the one from his hand can be aimed more) Angel feathers (able to create a shield of energy made feathers working like a barrier) Healing touch (able to revive and or heal by touching someone, the time is based on the wounds, he can also extend the holy aura around him, this lowers the healing effect but allows healing multiple targets, this holy aura makes no difference between friend and foe, this on the other hand also damage those weak to holy energy or light (in case such things appear IC)) -Weapon summon (Ability to summon or create weapons to his own wishes, limited to his two hands though (unless making one for someone else but these tend to be weaker and break in particles in time), these weapons are made from hardlight and in some cases possess unique powers though these are harder to make, the more powers and more powerful the more draining the creation is, more limited on time and longer it takes to make) (if needed I can limit this one if people think its too much) -Age (ability to switch between his age shapes, has no effect on his powers, but would effect his mental state) -fly (he has wings of energy...) -Holy song (able to sing a beautiful and captivating song that during the songs use captivates all those that hear it and is able to boost certain chosen targets their physical abilities and powers, the boosts effect differs based on the one effected) Apperance: -Child: his wings exist out of energy which he can create and disappear at a whim, they are 25 CM long and 50 CM high each with multiple colors, spanning from yellow, pink and green, white clothes with blue lines from shoulder to the lower part of the shirt, mid long blond hair and still blue eyes with a normal skin color while looking 10 years old -Adult: His wings exist out of energy which he can create and disappear at a whim, they are at 3 meter long each and exist from multiple colors, spanning all the child ones and many more, having a complete line, he has long blond hair (until his lower back), white clothes with blue lines from shoulder to the lower part of the shirt, bright blue eyes, white skin and looks like he is 25
