Well, considering the flow of time, he was in there at the exact moment when Sess was scared. Naida, being Naida, wouldn't have known he was there until after the expulsion of magical power. If that clears things up.

I really like Bernard. He is the kinda Dad character who has a lot, of really hyperactive kids. And just deals with it using sighs and everything he has in his power.

lol, it's also why I love Bernard. He's so serious, yet has his moments. He hardly talks, only does one-word sentences, grunts, and sighs. He's just an awesome NPC :D Edit: @Guilty Spark Continuity is usually about perspective. Your post can still work, I'm sure.

since deadpixel already posted Claire's reaction to the energy flying around, would it be godmodding if I wrote that Histora kind of shielded them with her wings when that happened (not because she was looking after them perse, she was trying to shield herself out of reflex but if she just tried to shield herself then she probably would have knocked Claire and Mysaren off their seats with her wings since they were so close to her)
