I don't see why it would. If they like Sess do his meditation thing which, if interrupted, will cause a huge explosion, they probably won't care about smoking.

well there's a difference between smoky atmosphere and smoke straight from a pipe I think? I don't know XD All I know is that Rouen (and viggo and Felan too but I can't figure out how to talk to them right now) haven't had anyone interact with them yet.
