Essentially it's magic power, that's the easiest way to sum that up.

Of course :) Like I said in the interest check though they can't be a child-abusing asshole because it was a real turn off for me.

Yea I noticed that, plus I mean just because you're evil doesn't mean you have to be the biggest dick, you can be an ass with class.

Exactly! And just because you do bad things in the eyes of some doesn't mean they're necessarily bad things, most of the time people believe what they are doing is right and just anyway. I'm sure Hitler did not believe he was evil.

Or Handsome Jack, but I digress. I'll see about getting a post up now that I'm actually sitting down in front of a computer...hopefully without getting distracted. Edit: This...might be harder than I thought. Lot of background noise and voices.

Alright, so I'm home and in an actual quiet space, time to begin REALLY writing out this post. EDIT: Quick question, does it matter if the picture I use is art or a picture of a real person? For the character's appearance.

Whatever way you wish to describe them if up to you, whatever kind of picture or even just written words I don't mind :)

All I needed to hear XD. I don't have a picture just yet, but I'll find one sometime soon.

I just realized a really silly problem, if my character is weak to water he technically can't shower or bathe. So I'm thinking instead of being weak to water, any water that makes contact with him just extinguishes any fire or flames he has surrounding him or he is using, though he'd still be able to produce heat. Cold though would be his biggest weakness in that it could literally kill him.

Well it's not like he's on fire constantly is he because I feel like that's be exceptionally impractical? I mean water wouldn't hurt or damage him unless he was producing flames since the skin is naturally waterproof.

No, he's not constantly on fire, I'm saying in the event that he uses his powers to produce flame, water would mess up his flame producing abilities. But yea, I also keep forgetting that my character is one part fire elemental and one part human.

Well there's also the possibility that if he goes hot enough, perhaps if he gets angry enough, then he could extinguish water attacks with the heat he produces. So there are obviously ways to overcome the weaknesses.

Of course there are, though more weaknesses are produced in the process XD.

So I found an eerily appropriate picture for my character appearance and you totally just left the blind guy to fend for himself. Nice.

He kind of freaked her out a little with the whole blind but can see kind of thing.

Not that she knows this, but the caretaker did tell Kyle of her presence, that'll make for interesting conversation later.
