Based on what you said in your PM... The aftermath of fear or stress can often leave a body cold and kind of sluggish. Get something warm to drink, like a cup of tea or warm milk, and do something relaxing. For myself I count doubles (1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, et cetera). That and if I'm really panicked and don't know where I am I pinch myself hard, dig my nails into my palms, and usually the pain of that helps me do a reality check.
I'm sitting in my bed, drinking a cup of tea. I'm perfectly safe. I'm not cold, I'm not sore, I'm not scared. I'm safe and happy and nestled into my bed and I can't recall why I just woke up but I won't let it worry me. Et cetera et cetera. It helps.
