OK, if Blythe makes Solomon fall, Blythe will get in trouble with Sion (rules are rules). If you'd rather Blythe not get in trouble with Sion, I was going to have Sion stop Solomon eventually, so up to you

In that case, I'll edit the post. She'll probably get in trouble later, but now already would be pretty quick, even for Blythe.

So I did a longer post this time. I wanted to move things along, but if you think I went to fast (for example, you want to spend more time in the shuttle) please let me know and I can edit. Of course, feel free to slip things in between events as desired.

Sorry if things have been too linear, but once the introductions are over, there will be considerably more freedom for your characters to go around and explore the ship and interact with characters. Think of this as the cutscene at the beginning of a game.

That's okay, moving up the pace a bit is good to me, and I'll make sure to let you know if things are going too fast.

I'm going to say that everyone has a small usb-thumb-drive-sized device that is used as a personal identifier/key and all-around informational gateway. It projects an i-pad-sized holographic image that is touch-sensitive. It basically acts like a smartphone. It can be stolen, but it doesn't actually store any information, all information (especially personal information) is stored on the 'cloud' and accessed remotely. It can be locked through various means including passwords, touch designs, biometrics etc. I will call it the personal drive, or 'drive' for short. This will make it convenient when I need to give your characters information, the map of the Incubator, for example. it ill also give your characters access to things that have been assigned to them, lockers, rooms, cogs, etc., without needing to be given keys, or needing to worry about losing those keys or having them stolen, since you can always be assigned a blank and have all you information reaccessed.

A reminder, even though Sion can be referred to as Lieutenant Reese, and Maya is referred to as Lieutenant Encarnacion, Maya outranks Sion by one rank. Sion's rank is Lieutenant Junior Grade, but people tend to leave off "Junior Grade" for simplicity.

Okay, though who are they referring to with "seaman Rivers"?

Sorry, Seaman Rogers, I'll fix it.

If Blythe is alone, Ensign Rivers refers to her, if Claire is alone, Ensign Rivers refers to her. If they're together, people will say Ensign Claire Rivers or Ensign Blythe Rivers. This is only when speaking formally, officially, issuing orders, etc. When people are speaking casually or in the heat of battle, they will probably use first names.

Hey, sorry for the really delayed post.

If you want to just explore a bunch of places simultaneously to move things along, I can describe them to you similar to how I described the hangar, and feel free to take some control of Tera if you need to. Or if you want to explore places one post at a time, that works too.
It would probably be better the better option if you want to play out Claire's interactions with Tera more.

I left Israfil there in case you wanted to bring him along. If you don't, he'll go do his own thing.

That's okay, don't worry about it.

I guess he can come with them, or would be better than him ending up alone and better than to try befriend Blythe, for his oen confidence, at the very least. I won't reply tonight, though, not feeling that great at the moment. I'll almost definitely post again tomorrow, though!

I guess naturally speaking, Israfil's too timid to approach Claire and Tera, and will join them only if invited. I'm not saying Claire has to invite Israfil or anything, I just want to know what Claire would do character-wise.

Alright, thanks for letting me know that you won't be posting tonight, it won't be a problem of course. I hope you feel better soon. Get some good rest.

I guess that character wise, it would be most like Claire to invite him to come along, if she notices him being all alone.

Alright done. Sorry for the short post, we can get some walking around/conversation out of the way, then I'll describe the Dorms/Barracks.

Let me know where you would like Claire and her group to go next on the ship or if you want to split from the group, or just want to skip past stuff.

As for Blythe, there aren't many places in the ship that are 'high', since it's like a multi-story building with the floors all relatively low. The only places that are high would be the hangar because they need to stand the cogs up in it, the Cadmus Reactor Bay for the same reason to accommodate cogs, and the Tachyon Harp Chamber because the hyperdrive core is fairly large for a ship this size, tho it is more long than tall, it does have some pretty high catwalks. If Blythe is in any of these rooms I can describe them to you. If she's in the hangar, it's also likely that Mike will run into her while running maintenance on the cogs, so that's an interaction you can RP if you would like.

Not exactly a 'high' place, but the place with the greatest elevation, AKA the top floor, is the Bridge, where Captain Hargreaves controls the ship.

I didn't mean high like on a high floor, but more like on top of something and far above the ground.
And I guess they could go see the Tachyon Harp Chamber, or just some random place, because I was thinking of just having her pick a random direction and see where they would end up.

OK, that's what I thought you meant. So the places with the most floor-to-ceiling distance are the places I mentioned, the Hangar, Tachyon Harp Chamber, and the Cadmus Reactor Bay. let me know if you want to RP Blythe in one of those rooms.

OK, it's pretty lonely in there. It is only used when manufacturing a cog, and when upgrading an existing cog. Since the cogs have already been manufactured and are not yet in need of upgrades, the room is not in use. Blythe still has access to it though so she can totally be inside.
