It's probably just the lighting of the picture, then. Still, such a dark dress clashes with your character's vibrant hair and pale skin. If I was a pale redhead vampiress, I'd wear more 'autumn'-colored clothes to have my clothing compliment my complexion and complete my collection of appealing alliteration.

There's nothing wrong with a practical, comfortable ensemble. The only issue would come from if you go into any kind of event expecting more than Casual clothes, and that would largely be on you.
